Seitsemän Up on hauska, perheystävällinen 4 makuuhuoneen, 3 täysin kylpyhuone vuoristo mökki, joka istuu kauniisti maisemoitu, lähes yksityinen omaisuus ympäröi kypsä metsät. On hevosenkengän kuoppaan ja maissi-reikä peli sekä ihana ulkona puulämmitteinen takka ja kivi piha!

Se on edessä peitetty ja ulkoilma kannella, joka kiertyy noin puolella taloa, takana kannen kaasugrilli ja ulkona, seulotaan kuistilla lämmitin sekä kaksi Juliette kannet yläkerrassa tarjoavat lisää ulkona neliön kuvamateriaalia.

Pääkerroksessa on avoin konsepti olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö, jossa on parkettilattiat sekä kielen ja uran katot, joissa on altistuvat palkit. Keittiössä on graniittilaskurit, joissa on ylimitoitettu maatila-astia ja ruostumattomat laitteet. Keittiöön vieressä on ruokailutila, jossa on banquet-tyyppinen pöytä, johon mahtuu 8 vierasta. Myös 4-paikkainen pöytä ylimääräisiä ruokailu. Olohuoneessa on kaasulamppu, HDTV BluRay / DVD-soittimella ja mukavat kalusteet.

Pääkerroksessa on king-sviitti, jossa on parkettilattiat, hänen ja hänen komerot, mukava kiesit lounge ja turhamaisuuspöytä, HDTV ja valtava kuvaikkuna, joka mahdollistaa runsaasti luonnollista auringonvaloa. Yksityinen kylpyhuone koko kylpyhuone ylpeilee ylimitoitettu laatta suihku ja kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on pääkerroksessa queen-vuode, HDTV ja oma ulkopuoli taka-kannelle. Vieressä kuningatar makuuhuone on täydellinen kylpyhuone kylpyammeella ja suihkulla; tämä kylpyhuone on myös keskeinen ja kätevä muuhun pääkerrokseen.

Portaiden yläosassa on viihtyisä parvi, jossa on pieni pöytä pelejä, kortteja ja palapelejä varten sekä mukava sohva, joka muuttuu kuningatar nukkujalle. Suuri näyttö HDTV tarjoaa lisää ohjelmointia ja viihde vaihtoehtoja. Juliette-kannella on ulkotila parvekkeelta, josta on näkymä takapihalle. On täysin varustettu kylpyhuone täysin kaakeloitu suihku yläkerrassa. Yksi kahdesta makuuhuonetta yläkerrassa tarjoaa 2 täyttä sänkyä - joista jokaisella on twin vyöryä lisää nukkumista vaihtoehtoja. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on mukava, suuri katettu Juliette kannella, josta on näkymä etupihalle. Toisessa yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on 4 erillistä vuodetta, joissa on suuri sohva suuren HDTV- ja BluRay / DVD-ominaisuuksien edessä.

Seitsemän Up on tuhoutunut hilpeä puu kypsä metsät, mutta vain minuuttien päässä keskustasta Blowing Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie rautatie, Appalakkien Ski Mountain ja Boone. Myös kätevästi lähellä ovat Banner Elk, Sugar Mountain, Hawksnest, isoäiti vuori, Ski Beech ja paljon muuta!

Cozy Winter Away

The group enjoyed ours staying there, though it was a rainy weekend. The cabin was nice and clean inside as well. We were a little nervous about the road, but it was okay since there was no snow. The two problems we had was the wifi, a bit unstable even after we reset it. Also, the room upstairs with a double bed was cold, and you could feel the wind blowing thru the window; we had to move on the second night. Overall, everything is good, fast response, and good management.

Beautiful Location, Be Prepared to Unplug

The location of the home is ideal, and it’s just a short walk from the home to an amazing mountain view. Despite some hiccups with the wifi, the property manager went above and beyond to resolve our issues, and we were especially grateful knowing that our stay was during the holidays.

Beautiful cabin!

The cabin was beautiful inside and out but there was no trash bags and one bathroom did not have hand soap. Also the grill propane tank was stuck on close so we were not able to grill some burgers like planned. Other than these minor things we had a great stay! The customer service was great! We arrived about 6pm and had issues opening the door but the rental company answered and helped us immediately.

Perfect spot

The house was a great fit for what we needed. There were 12 adult guys and we each had our own bed. The house has internet as well as direct TV and is was close to all that we needed. The house could use some updating and maybe a little more detailed cleaning but for us it was a great fit for a short stay.

A Family Vacation

My two sons and four granddaughters celebrated Christmas in July. We were unable to get together for any holidays this past year so I planned a holiday for my sons, their 2 college students and two upcoming high school students. We loved the layout and all the living spaces. The 4 twin beds in the girls room need to be replaced with new mattresses as the ones there are worn out. New cooking pans also need to be replaced. I would recommend this place for its beauty and location. Bring your own pots.

Convenient location between Boone and Blowing Rock. There is not a mountain view but with a dog and small children we were thankful for minimal stairs and the large yard to play in. Secluded down somewhat overgrown driveway so very private and quiet. Tastefully decorated. Only complaint with cleanliness was everything was pretty significantly dusty, blinds, fans, furniture, lamps etc.

Great time!

We went to the cabin for a weekend getaway with family and friends, and we had a great time! The cabin looked just as the pictures advertised. Tons of room and beds for small children and bigger adults. Check-in and out was easy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we just went down the road for groceries. The refrigerator leaked some but nothing terrible. My only suggestion is if you plan on visiting, bring a flashlight. The fire pit is beautiful, but there are no lights out there to guide your steps and the path is rocky.

Beautiful & Comfortable

The house and surrounding area are beautiful! The yard was great for the kids to play and explore. We also took a scenic walk around the loop. Beds and sitting areas were comfortable. Kitchen was alright, but we did not do much cooking. Overall the house was clean, however for a rental property I would encourage the owners to require a slightly more thorough cleaning. Specifically under the shelves in the kitchen, under the beds, etc. We had a baby with us who gets into everything...otherwise we never would have noticed. We loved our time at Punky’s Place and would certainly consider staying here again!!

We were disappointed that the screened porch was not heated as advertised. We had chosen this property with Covid in mind because that would hello us stay socially distanced. Without the heat, it was not warm enough to use. We also counted on the picnic table at the fire Pit, but it was not there. Wet contacted the property manager, but he never called us back.

Great property for quiet, remote location.

The cabin was very nice and well kept. It was decorated nice, very comfortable and well furnished. There were a few small issues with cleanliness, but overall it was good. The sink in the downstairs secondary bathroom was blocked with hair and the master shower had a similar problem. Each light switch was labeled and that was very nice! Check in/out process was a breeze. The property was very private and quiet. There was rain and very heavy fog during our stay so it was difficult to traverse the mountain at night. Not a fault, just good to know if you have difficulty seeing.

Gorgeous cabin

We had a fabulous time staying at Punky’s Place in Boone, NC. Everything was great and the pictures were accurate of the cabin. The only 2 things I could comment on negatively was that the bathroom near the queen bedroom wasn’t cleaned throughly (we found a used washcloth left behind and the tub was dusty) and the tub was slow to drain which made it a slipping hazard when taking a bath. Other than that the stay was great!
