The property is so well maintained and managed. This is a family operation that does a really good job keeping the facility in working order. I stayed for two nights and I will be back again!

This is an OK property. Obviously a very, very old motel with some upgrades, clean, but very basic ones. Did not come close to "Exceptional" claimed on the description.

Good for an overnight stay.

Older motel that has been renovated. It was a clean spacious room, bed was firm but too firm for me. We could hear the traffic from the road.

Recently renovated! Everything was new. Loved that we could open a window to enjoy the lovely Maine air. Breakfast had limited options but worked for us. The in room coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave were also appreciated.

I like that it looked like it belonged in Maine. The staff was Northeast friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. I didn't like that the microwave didn't work, it came on but didn't heat. Or that the fridge had water standing in it. Breakfast was basic.

The staff was friendly, room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well on a hot day. The bathroom was pretty cramped, but clean. Door slamming among the units was annoying, but room was quiet after 11 pm allowing a good night's sleep. The breakfast was pretty basic, but okay for the price. Overall, a good value.
