Beautiful holiday home with annexe and private pool in Partigliano. It is located on an estate that manages a small hamlet at the gates of Garfagnana, a beautiful and charming landscape just 18 kilometres from Lucca. Here you will stay in holiday accommodation that belongs to a so-called Albergo Diffuso. This offers the guests of the hamlet and of course the guests of ITL384 numerous services (1.5 kilometres away): Wellness centre (for a fee), pool and playground. The typical but simple restaurant of the village will enchant you, where you can enjoy traditional dishes with their local flavours in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The area also offers numerous opportunities for hiking or cycling with breathtaking views of the Apuan Alps or spend pleasant evenings on the Versilia Riviera. The holiday home ITL384 is independent, offers a private pool and is nestled in an olive grove. The terrace can be accessed from the living area and the double bedroom has a large sun terrace. It consists of two double bedrooms, each with a spacious bathroom, and a further bedroom with two single beds. Spacious kitchen and wood burning fireplace. Inside the olive grove garden is the private swimming pool and the beautifully renovated dependance for 2 people, where chestnuts used to be dried. This is located on the edge of the green zone and has a beautiful panoramic view, as it is the last house in the hamlet. It has a very bright kitchen, a living room, bathroom with shower and upstairs is a nice double bedroom. It has a private outdoor area with car park. All guests of ITL384 can also enjoy the services offered by the hamlet 1.5 km away, such as the use of the large and impressive pool area by the restaurant Wi-Fi ADSL connection, upon request and payment on site. So this is the right place for a holiday of well-being surrounded by beautiful nature. Leider haben wir nicht annähernd das vorgefunden, was uns die Beschreibung versprach. Deswegen haben wir unseren Urlaub in der Villa Bianca nach 3 Tagen abgebrochen.Der Pool war von Beginn an dreckig und wurde in den Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt. Die mit Klebeband versehene Umrandung des Pools löst sich bereits auf. Ein echte Gefahr ist die Einstiegsleiter in den Pool. Diese Plastiktreppe ist völlig instabil und darüber hinaus auch noch gebrochen. Damit ist der Ein und Ausstieg zum Pool erheblich erschwert oder erst gar nicht möglich. So schön diese Anlage aus der Ferne anmutet, so wenig gemütlich und ansprechend ist sie in der Benutzung. Wir hatten uns einen Urlaub zur Erholung gebucht und haben dafür sehr viel Geld bezahlt. Vorgefunden haben wir das Gegenteil. Wir hätten gerne eine positive Bewertung abgegeben aber das war in diesem Fall nicht möglich, leider.

Die Umgebung von Partigliano ist ein Traum. Ruhe und Weitsicht ermöglischen schöne, erholsame Stunden.Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Olivenhain auf einem großen Grundstück inmitten der Natur.Das Pool erreicht man nach 3 Minuten Fußweg durch den Olivenhain.Haus und Pool benötigen eine liebevollere Pflege. Beides ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Haus und Küche sind sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, die kleine Küche Zeile hat keine Spülmaschine, aber eine Waschmaschine. Richtig Platz zum Vorbereiten ist kaum.Die kleine Terrasse vor dem Haus ist leider nur mit einem alten Plastktisch und Plastikstühlen ausgestattet. Wir haben uns noch Sitzauflagen und eine schlichte Baumwolltischdecke besorgt, um eine etwas angenehmere Wohnlichkeit zu erzeugen. Die Möblierung ist typisch für ein italienisches Ferienhaus und etwas hochwertigere Materialien täten dem einfachen Haus sehr gut. Ich hätte tausend Ideen, daraus einen echten Wohlfühlort zu machen …Der Vermieter Novasol, vertreten durch das Nahe Borgo Giusto, hält sich weitgehend im Hintergrund. Schlüsselübergabe, wöchentliche Reinigung, Handtuchwechsel und Poolreinigung werden über das Borgo Giusto durchgeführt.Unser Fazit: tolle Lage, gute Grundvoraussetzungen, aber ansonsten benötigt das Haus dringend mehr Pflege und eine etwas hochwertigere Ausstattung. Dann könnte ein wirklich tolles Zuhause entstehen.Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht und hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus, in Lucca und an der Marina de Vecchiano.

Etwas enttäuschend

Haus ist dreckiger als erwartet. Zum Saubermachen gibt es nur einen Besen. Auch die Reinigungskräfte machen alles mit dem Besen sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Hotel lief sehr schlecht. Ständig war niemand zu erreichen. Riesiger Pluspunkt sind die ruhige Lage und der private Pool. Das hat es enorm für uns aufgewertet.
