Die Einrichtung ist funktional aber alles älter. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Keine Spülmaschine. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Zwar in der roten Zone aber am Rand und der nächste öffentliche Parkplatz ist ganz in der Nähe. Der Check-in erfolgt unkompliziert über einen Schlüsseltresor. Die Wohnung ist sauber.

Die Wohnung war für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (8-13 Jahre) ein bisschen eng. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen, das war sehr schade. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat sich sofort bei einem Problem gekümmert. Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden.

Super Lage vom Objekt

Der Vermieter ist super nett und geht auf alle Wünsche ein.Die Sauberkeit müsste allerdings verbessert werden. Das Mobiliar ist teilweise etwas älter, aber dies ist nicht schlimm.

Prima Wohnung, Bäcker 50 m entfernt, schöne heiße Dusche, manche Ecken sind renovierungsbedürftig, Vermieter sehr nett und zuverlässig, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, wenn auch kein Herd, sondern E-Platten und Mikrowelle. Fernseher und WLAN funktionieren gut, Bett super bequem und groß, etwas zu wenig Mülltüten für 4 Personen und eine Info zu Müllentsorgung wäre wünschenswert, Radio könnte noch ergänzt werden. Empfehlenswert

Borkum Südstrand

Borkum ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist ganz nett aber teilweise doch in die Jahre gekommen. Mit wenig Aufwand könnte man schnell Verbesserungen herbeiführen. Haben uns dort trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Uns fehlte nur ein Balkon oder eine Sitzmöglichkeit im Garten. Außerdem hat uns eine Information gefehlt, wo wir mit unserem Restmüll bleiben sollten.

Perfekte Lage auf Borkum

Die Unterkunft liegt ideal - nah zum Strand, nah zur Dorfmitte und doch weit genug vom Trubel entfernt. Man kann einen wunderbar erholsamen Borkum Urlaub hier verbringen. Das eine oder andere am Interieur der Wohnung ist ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und problemlos.

Schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt

Feriengerecht eingerichtete Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen, aber doch zentral. Bahnhof in 10 min, Südstrand in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Bäckerei, Restaurant und Fahrradverleih in der Nähe. Zugang zur Wohnung über eine steile Treppe. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Zu empfehlen, da sehr informativ ist ein Stadtloopke mit Maxi. Kann in der Touristinfo gebucht werden. Das Heimatmuseum sollte man auf jeden Fall besuchen.
