The property is in a great setting on the water with a great walk that follows the river. Nice staff of people who are willing to help you at all times . A great breakfast with hot foods and a nice assortment of choices of other things. And maintenance people who are ready to help you .

Grossed out at Quincy Adam’s!

First of all my rug was wet! And the whole first floor smelled like sewerage my room had hairs everywhere! I asked for new towels and a quick vacuum I received neither. My final complaint was that every time I entered the front door was the smell of marijuana I don’t smoke so why should I be tortured, just get away from entrance!

Parking costs $10 for 24 hours. No other alternative offered. The rugs throughout the hotel need to be changed to get rid of the musty smell.

There was an overbearing musty smell throughout the hotel. I think the rugs need to be changed. My first night was so bad I asked to be relocated to another room. Days later I noticed they were trying to air out my original room. That room was bad, however the smell was throughout the hotel. You also have to pay $10 for 24 hours parking with no other parking alternative offered. I hope they change the rugs. I'll probably stay there again in the near future. Nice water views if you get a room on that side of the building. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Full breakfast is served every morning. A microwave in the room would also be a plus.

Was decent experience compared to the price paid, liked the location, I unfortunately found a lot of human hair in the bathroom and the room as well, bathroom had one broken hanger and shower was barely warm and of low pressure
