The best was so nasty. Both our queen beds had yellow stains. The shower head spread in every direction but straight Walls are so thin the room above us stomped there feet, turned their tv on full volume at 2 am-3-am Breakfast was okay. But always behind and cold

Sorry, can't recommend and we are Fairfield fans.

Reception Desk and breakfast room staff were very good. Friendly and accommodating. Location of the hotel was fine for us as we were already familiar with the area. Drive time to the Cambridge Alewife MBTA station was 45 - 60-minute drive time. This was at 8:15am. So if your vacation is to see Boston, which ours was, take this into account. Hotel was clean, no issues there. We booked two rooms, 203 and 215. Both rooms need a major refresh. Both rooms had the same smell which was bad. We assumed it was the air conditioner. We even opened the window to air it out, but it did not help. Both rooms were king size beds, but the room size was very small. The furniture was way too big for the room size. We have stayed in other Fairfield hotels, and this did not meet what we had experienced in the past. We would not recommend this hotel unless they indicate on their site that they have undergone a major room refresh.

A fine place to stay

Great staff, place is in terrific shape. I wish they wouldn't wrap plastic cups in plastic wrap, and hand out four ounce bottles of plastic water. What a waste. But other than that, terrific.

One problem with a generally nice hotel

We have stayed here before and always enjoyed it. This time our shower was dirty and we had problems with the door (which were promptly fixed). The management is attentive, the breakfast is good and the staff is friendly so I am hoping shower was an anomaly.
