No bar of soap in the bathroom. Asked at front desk and told housekeeping has run out (on order). No alternative provided/suggested. Carpet in hall/lobby need vacuuming and elevator floors need cleaning. Disappointed to have paid premium for this weekend.

Bed and bedding clean that is it. Toilet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. the bottom of the tub was stained with a tub mat appearance. tub was either damaged or someone took a bite out of it. i really wanted to clean the tiling of the bathroom floor and tub bc it was highlighted scum brown. as a lesbian, i assume the staff member we were checked in with was gay and he honestly was as disrespectful as the next homophobic. forgot our toothbrushes so we went to front desk. he seemed sassy and appalled that someone could maybe forget a toothbrush. i’m more appalled you got that reaction as if you aren’t the one voluntarily working here not me… elevators smelt like my grandmothers subsidized housing. room? when i figure out what the smell can be distinguished as i will let you know. unsure of why this hotel is over $300 after taxes for a night. if i felt like humbling myself to this extent i could have stayed at sonesta.

The room was clean but the noise from bent all night is terrible I have stayed here before and asked the front desk can I please switch rooms but because I booked through Expedia she wouldn’t let me. The trash outside was so gross right at front door literally over flowing not very welcoming at all/

The food & beverage director should be sent to work @ McDonalds. I have never witnessed a Hilton or any hotel of this size offer a more sterile ( bright lights, cold floors, unattractive food and truly incompetent staff. Stated 5 days, nothing close by so there you are , even the in hose Starbucks is staffed by women that sit behind a bagel counter and if you order anything other than black coffee they are miffed ( hot matcha latte they put coffee in. ) Who owns this place, you have a captive audience, bring in a real F&B director and literally up your game by 100k or much more monthly plus make attractive ro come back. Other areas lots of maintenance needs particularly in lower floor which the elevator should point out that the lobby floor is floor 2 and there is a 1st floor - most elevator rides I had to assist - just lane .

I didn’t like that we didn’t get upkeep service for towels. It seemed like by the time we came back to our room, we weren’t greeted to fresh towels or even a made bed!! Towels with stains were not it!! I’m sorry but it just didn’t do!!!

This hotel is old and needs a complete overhaul. Room access at check in was delayed due to computer problem. Room keys did not work. The HVAC system in this hotel is ancient and sound like a large truck in your room all night. Food options are limited. We have stayed here before, but this will be our last time.
