Close to boardwalk and activities, surrounded by restaurants. A block from Klee's Bar&Grill, 3 Brother Pizza, and nice Deli few doors away.
Huge back yard for off street parking and barbecue. Laundry mat is 2 blocks away. Amenities include A/C, WiFi, coffee maker, grill. Max trip length is 3 weeks. No smoking , No Party, No pets. Age 24+. Please note, there is no heater on 2nd floor unit. Downstairs unit is also listed separately if you have a big group. Copy of driver license is required upon request. Due to proximity to beach and hotel, please expect some noise during graduation season and major holidays before the quiet hours.
