The location is convenient and the public areas are well- appointed and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My grandchildren and I were traveling the day before Christmas Eve, and one of the ladies brought them a gift of candy filled canes which was very sweet. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be and the staff took care of it as soon as I pointed it out. Otherwise, it was a lovely two-night stay.

The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast and good. Lots of different options. However, the cleanliness was questionable. While the rooms and overall building appeared clean and upkept upon first arrival, we discovered dried toothpaste in our sink. The toilet had dried pee and feces on it when the toilet seat was lifted. And we smashed a roach crawling across the wall as well as saw one crawling across the bathroom floor. Also, we continuously had to take our room keys to the front desk to be reactivated do to them randomly not working when trying to enter our room on serveral occasions. They did provide a pack and play for our infant to sleep in, which we very much appreciated. Overall, this hotel was convenient for our needs, however I doubt we would stay again.

Bathroom needs to be deep cleaned; tub needs to be replaced. It’s obvious that there have been updates to the interior, but in our room, three walls had three different colors and none of them were the same color as in the bathroom. It’s as if they didn’t quite finish the updates in the room.
