The view of the bay was beautiful. The back deck area was one of our favorite places to sit, read a book and relax. We loved the proximity to the beach- just a short walk across the street. A gulf coast sunset is like no other. It was just a short walk to local shops and restaurants as well- perfect for a family. Sidewalks made all of the things you could want, accessible by walking. We loved the ice cream shop in the little village and there are plenty of options for restaurants. Just fyi- the photos show a hot tub connected to the pool but I’m not sure if description says that it doesn’t work. I had assumed it would be working. When I realized the water for the pool needed heated to be at a warmer temperature than what it’s set to, I reached out but it was too late due to the brevity of our stay (they need advanced notice). When we pulled onto the street where the property is, we were initially confused. There is construction taking place directly beside the unit and between the trucks and heavy equipment parked there, it made it hard to see the property from the street.
