Close to the beaches of Bradenton/Anna Maria Island.(10 min)

This home has 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, AC, spacious living room/dining room area with high speed WiFi, and a 70in T.V with streaming platforms. Newly renovated kitchen fully equipped with anything you'll need( toaster, blender, coffee machine ect.)
Backyard has comfortable seating equipped with propane fire pit table, swings, oversized outdoor day bed, outdoor games (corn hole, spike ball), a 6 person hot tub, and any beach accessories(chairs, umbrella, toys, beach cabana)
Master bedroom and second bedroom are equipped with block out curtains for a good night sleep.

This was a fantastic place. Amenities, location, cleanliness were all out of the world. Truly appreciate the detail and attentiveness that was offered. Whether it’s for baseball in the spring, or just a trip tothe beach a few minutes away, this home can’t be recommended enough!

We visited from Ohio for a long weekend getaway with friends, and this home was a wonderful place to stay. The house has plenty of space to gather, both indoors and outdoors. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t allow us to fully enjoy all of the outdoor areas, but there was lots of seating available and outdoor games, which would be fantastic in better weather.The hot tub was a highlight — very large, extremely clean, and easy to operate and cover. We really appreciated how well it was maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and serviceware. There were a small number of spices available, and we checked the kitchen before making a Walmart run, which was helpful.The home is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac, and access to the house was easy and reliable. The driveway easily accommodated our two vehicles, with room for more if needed. We also appreciated how responsive Maggie was — she answered questions quickly before our trip and was just as helpful during our stay.We took a day trip to Bradenton Beach, which was less than a 10-minute drive, and Anna Maria Island was also close and absolutely gorgeous.While the pillows weren’t our personal preference (a very subjective thing!), everything else was thoughtfully provided. Maggie should be very proud of the property she offers on VRBO!

Great yard! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor gas fireplace and gas grill. Area is close to the airport and many great shops, restaurants and attractions. Will most definitely be back next year. Thanks for a great stress free experience

This was a great location in a quiet neighborhood that was about a 10 minute, easy drive to Bradenton beach. The house was clean and had a lot of nice amenities, games, and a relaxing outdoor area. Plus it had everything you could need for a day at the beach. This was especially nice since we flew in, so didn’t pack any real beach necessities. Also of note, there are plenty of grocery stores and places to grab food/ essentials just minutes away. When I had a question, Magdalena was quick to respond. I will definitely look to stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Lovely House with Good Location

If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood and pet friendly, this is it. We stayed a month with visits from our children and grandkids. Great back yard to relax, visit and cook out. Nice sun room, clean and well stocked home. Beach equipment much appreciated. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Great hosts and would highly recommend.

Gorgeous home

The home was in a beautiful location, everything is clean when we entered and living room was perfect for spending time with the family watching movies and playing card games. The back yard was perfect for a day outside and the hot tub was very nice to get in on colder nights during our stay. If we are ever in the area again I would come back here if I can. Thank you for everything.

Cozy home with lots of outdoor space and activities and an easy drive to the beach.

We had a great 4 night stay in this sweet house. There was plenty of room for my 6 person family to spread out, including a wonderful closed in porch which housed an activity table my boys played for hours (mini pool table/fooseball/ping pong/etc). The backyard is a great extension of living area as well with the hot tub, hammock, and cabana. The home’s location was an easy 12-20 min drive to several beaches on Anna Maria Island. And there were plenty of boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys to bring along. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe, but does have several houses with some hard core political signs/flags. The host was lovely and provided great recommendations for activities, beaches, and restaurants that were all spot on. She was also super quick and helpful with all communication. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Can’t say enough about this place it was so clean with evening you need, all the beach tents, boogie boards, skim boards and lots of other goodies. So nice not to have to bring everything to play at the beach. We will be back to stay here for sure. We had a question upon checking in and they were so accommodating and got back to just quickly. We loved it!

Perfect Stay... felt like home

As advertised, the home was perfect for our family vacation to the beach. Not too far from local beaches and local shopping, the home was like a home away from home. The neighborhood doesn't do it justice. Many political flags are waving in front of nearby homes, but once you close the door, you are transferred into peace and solitude. The host was gracious and timely with information. The home had all ammenities, plus more. The home is updated and decorated well. I will look for this home again when I travel back to the area.

Great getaway

Our stay was great. Everything was clean and the home was extremely well stocked. We were in for a long weekend for an IMG football tournament. The house was fantastic to relax, and there were plenty of games to keep us busy in our free time. There was everything from bikes to foosball to a pool table to the hot tub. The host also gave us A wonderful variety of restaurants and activities in the area. The location was fabulous. So many restaurants and things to do within minutes.

Excellent value & amenities!

The property had everything we could need for our stay! It was minutes from every attraction & beach in the area! The owner was very accommodating when I inadvertently booked our return flight a day late by allowing us to add a day to our stay.
