Our accommodations were excellent! The place was very clean and contained everything we could possibly need and then some. We had problems with the coffee maker and remote and they were fixed immediately! The only issue was the airport is nearby and planes were distracting but that was only during the day. We would highly recommend this place!

The property was clean and comfortable Communication with owner was great. The coffee pot was not working and she delivered us a new one the next morning . Everything was labeled so you didn't have to figure out the TV, lighting, wifi etc. Nice clean trailer park. I would come back

Great Place

The Bay Cottage did not disappoint. It is exactly as shown in the listing. I had read all the reviews prior and they were very accurate. Very clean, up to date, kitchen well supplied and other amenities that make it great. It's close to the pool and a few blocks from the beach. Nice community. Our only negative comments are that with being on the corner of the busy road it is a bit noisy and the planes flying in for landing at the Bradenton airport fly directly over and are loud. This may not bother others. Be advised that although this is listed as 4, we had to pay extra for our two guests who visited for a week, even though there were only two of us who rented for the month.

Perfect!

Property was just as described. Super tidy, clean and décor was so welcoming. Home was supplied with everything we needed for cooking to being a comfortable place to relax. Nice community too. Enjoyed the pool, shuffle board, game room, bocce ball and beautiful sunsets!

Perfect for us

This is one of the best places we've stayed at. The pictures which are great don't do justice to all the little niceties here. Saying the place was clean is an understatement; it was immaculate and the most organized place I've ever been. Everything in the place was top notch from the bath towels to the coffee maker. It was furnished like you would if you were going to live there. Response from the owners was fantastic, there was a problem with the garbage disposal which wasn't a big deal for us but Peter was there the next morning to fix it and said he was going to replace it after we left even though it was working fine. There are a couple kayaks included so I was able to launch from the associations private beach into Sarasota Bay. I saw lots of dolphins and an eagle and a couple ospreys as well as fish jumping out of the water. Something to keep in mind if you book here is there are no cooking supplies like cooking oil, butter or condiments so you have to bring your own if you plan on cooking but the kitchen is fully supplied with cookware. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Bradenton/Sarasota area and plan on staying there again if possible.

Ideal spot

Very pleasant and well appointed. Be prepared to bring your own garbage bags and HE laundry pods as they only supply one starter unit for each item. The same applies to paper towels and toilet paper. This is in the airport flight path, but you can barely hear the planes ✈️ once inside. I definitely would go back.

Home Away From Home!

Our second stay here at Bay Cottage was as wonderful as the first. The cottage is immaculately clean, fully stocked with everything and anything you could ask for and more...From the kitchen to the bath there is nothing that you could possibly need! Nancy has thought of even the tiniest extra details to add comfort to your stay. There are kayaks, life vests, chairs, umbrellas, towels and more! You are truly on vacation when you stay there. The location is great.. close to main roads to go other places, restaurants....beaches. The park itself has all the amenities you could ask for..... a gym, beautiful heated pool, Pickleball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, kayak launch site, and other activities always going on. The full time residents as well as the "snow birds" are super friendly... always willing to offer information and include you in activities going on in the park. We love coming here and I'm sure everyone else will too!

Home away from Home

Wow, this property did not disappoint! I am a Florida transplant living in Chicago for the past 23 years. I try visiting the Bradenton/Sarasota area once or twice a year so I can visit my family. I usually travel down earlier than the rest of my family so I can enjoy some extra time. This cottage was a perfect stay for me, my mom and my cousin. We all felt right at home. The cottage was so comfortable and beautifully decorated throughout. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and fell in love with the kitchen table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our favorite was the pool. We enjoyed several days floating around the massive pool, meeting so many great residents of the park. We all fell in love with the pool and location. It’s so close to Aldi and Publix which was a bonus. It’s also about 10 minutes away from the airport. The only thing we were not able to enjoy were the Kayak’s. Sadly we didn’t have a truck to transport them to the boat launch plus the road to the boat launch was closed. Next time we will use them for sure.

As soon as I walked into the property I felt at home!! The property was everything I hoped it would!

I was in Florida for my granddaughter’s soccer tournament. Bay Cottage was perfect!! It was 30 minutes from the tournament. Bay Cottage was perfectly located from everything we did. Everything was perfect from booking Bay Cottage to our stay at Bay Cottage. I would highly recommend this property!! The Owner’s were wonderful to work with. Our stay was cut short because of pending Hurricane Elsa, which was a bummer!!

Peaceful retreat

The Bay Cottage was ultra clean, organized and well-furnished. The owners have made sure that renters have every thing they might need in their home away from home. I came to Bradenton to help care for my elderly mom. My sister and I both enjoyed this cozy cottage. Great television and wi-fi. Very comfortable beds. The two bedrooms are spaced far enough apart for privacy and quiet. I'll return.

Everything was great. The property was super clean and comfortable; included a lot of small things (dish soap, starter detergent, cookies, etc. you don't typically see at a rental. Owners were very responsive and professional. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Nancy's property was all that it was advertised as. It was clean, well-appointed, convenient to Bradenton shopping, restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed staying here. Nancy was very organized with directions on how to use everything in the home. We stayed at three other VRBOs in Florida this year, and this was one of our favorites.

We stayed in Bay Cottage for a month and enjoyed it immensely. The owners obviously take pride in their home and were very accommodating. It is very clean and comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We would be happy to stay again!
