FULL DESCRIPTION



This home has a private in-ground pool with outdoor seating which is the perfect spot to relax with a cool drink after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor grill perfect for a BBQ by the pool on days you are not at the beach. Located on West Manatee Ave, you are only minutes to the beaches of Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beaches.



The living room is spacious and newly decorated with leather seating that is perfect for watching shows or news on the large screen TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a walk-in closet to unpack. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and a large walk-in closet, and the third bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser and a large closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, stemware, and basic appliances to enjoy meals made at home. Eat in the dining room in the home or on the large picnic table outside on the lanai.

* PLEASE NOTE- if you plan to bring your dog. Although this is a prime location so close to the beaches, it isn't a fenced in yard and there is a fairly busy street nearby. Please be aware of that when booking and plan to keep your dog leashed or with you at all times. We want everyone to enjoy a safe vacation. *



*PLEASE NOTE- For extended stays of 60 days or more we require a mid-stay clean be done by our cleaners. A member of our team will reach out upon your booking to coordinate the fee and scheduling.



The Beachway Plaza is just a 3-minute drive (0.7 miles away) and offers a Publix grocery store and restaurants. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place for watching a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the Bradenton river and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.



The best part of being in West Bradenton is that you are minutes to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are also several wildlife preserves nearby, great for hiking and biking. If you would rather fish for the afternoon, there are also great spots at piers around the area.

Properly and pool was nice. Beds were comfortable with good kitchen supplies and accessories. Only complaint was there was only one bath towel each for 4 people and 1 wash cloth. We had to do laundry every day to have a clean dry towel.

Florida vaca

The house was fine for what we needed. It was on the older side and somethings could be updated. The pool was excellent! The street out front is very close and noisy. The remote for the garage did not work and we tried to contact someone to help us and were told someone would but in the 2 weeks we were there they never did. My son is handicapped so it was inconvenient to get in and out of the garage. The door to the pool could use some work because you had to use a screwdriver to unlock or lock it and a stick?? Still have a nice time but some things could be better.

Perfect Family Vacation Home!!

This home was perfect for our vacation family of six. We enjoyed everything about it. The pool the home had everything we needed as far as supplies with even pool toys, cooler, and beach, chairs, and umbrella.

Everything was fantastic. We loved the house. If anything couldve been better it would have been the location on the driveway. You are constantly have to uturn to get in the driveway. Not anything that can be fixed or changed just a little difficult to get in and out. We loved having a the beach supplies! We ended up bringing our own pool toys because we werent sure you had any (we left a few pool noodles there). I also may have accidentally left a hand held game system on top of the fridge ☹️ we were already halfway through Georgia when we remembered.

The place was clean and the pool was crystal clear and well maintained. The management company were quick to respond and accommodating. Big rooms and necessities provided so you didn't have to shop immediately. Big garage, beach supplies and beach towels. I would highly recommend this spacious home which is located close to the beach.

My adventure

me and my husband and my grandson came here to spend 10 days in Florida so I found this house which from the pictures and descriptions met my expectations but not completely because everything around the pool was wet all the time and smelled mattresses balls all the equipment for the pool was full of holes and broken just like on the beach everything was unusable however the kitchen equipment old pans and a pot broken so a lot to change but only a good location helped us a lot to spend a good time

Close to beaches!

We loved our stay at this property. The house was just off the island making it a short drive to the beaches. There were several other places to shop close by for items that were forgotten. The host was quick to respond to all questions and concerns that we had during our trip, which was much appreciated! The amenities within the house allowed us to easily cook and grill our own meals. The dishes were in short supply so we were washing between each meal-which wasn’t a big deal. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the main bathroom. The water pressure in this bathroom was not great. We tried to run a bath for our youngest after a day at the beach and the water came out so slowly that we never did that again. The shower was a similar situation but when left running for a while it improved some, however the water was only luke-warm. We had a total of 4 adults and 2 kids and we all ended up using the bathroom attached to the master bedroom because it was the only shower that had good pressure with hot water. Outside of this issue we very much enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely perfect location!

We LOVED this house! The location was perfect. We could easily access Anna Maria island from either of its bridges. The pool was wonderful and felt great at the end of the day….or beginning of the day….or both. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and very helpful meeting our needs. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Great property near Anna Maria Island

stay for 6 days over Easter and had an amazing time! The property was ideally located for us, near the beaches, museums and all the shops you could need as well as some lovely restaurants. The house was comfortable & cosy and we felt very at home in it! It was lovely & clean, the pool is fantastic- there were li-lo's balls etc as well as beach toys & chairs provided. There were lots of lovely little extras to get us started- very thoughtful. Thank you for a fabulous stay

An older basic house but everything needed is there. It’s nothing fancy, and on a busy road, but for the price and location it’s good! We came during the school March break , so the road to Ami beach took 1.5 hours instead of 15 min.

Great stay

We had a great time on our vacation. We enjoyed the pool everyday. The location was perfect, close to the island and shopping. The kitchen had everything we needed. The split floor plan was great for two couples traveling together as it provided more privacy. The only issue we really had was the water pressure was really low and the air conditioner was pretty loud. However, it was nothing we couldn't handle. Thanks for a providing a great place for the week!

Clean home. Nice location to get around. Our 1st night we dined @ “The Porch”. It was really good & best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Wished there was a privacy fence so you wouldn’t see traffic while swimming in pool. Located on busy road.

Vacances très agréables

La maison est bien située, commerces et plage à proximité. L’espace a l’intérieur est très bien pour 5 personnes. L’extérieur piscine et patio est bien aménagé. Le seul désagrément du séjour a été la laveuse qui n’essorait pratiquement pas et qui rendait les lessives laborieuses et nos questions sans réponses à ce sujet.
