The supplies provided, such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc., are intended to be starter sets, and you may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays or heavy usage.

In Florida, Geckos can be found on the sides of houses and on the ground. Try not to leave doors or windows open unnecessarily to prevent them from entering the home. While they are harmless to humans, nobody likes unwanted guests. While we are on a comprehensive pest control program, it's still Florida, and some insects may get into the property through open doors or windows.

Please note we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool, even with a heater, if the outdoor temperatures are colder than normal.

We do not connect or maintain the ice maker or water dispenser on the fridge. We're happy to provide an initial supply of ice if you'd like.

Please note, we can accommodate early check-ins if the property is ready in time, but we cannot guarantee an early check-in. We do not allow late check-outs. All guests must vacate the property by 10 AM EST to allow our cleaning crew to prepare the property for the next guests.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place trash bags in the Green trash containers in front of the garage. The Blue container is not for recyclables.
Place used towels in the washing machine, add a laundry detergent sheet, and start a washing load.
- Check throughout the cabin for any left items, especially a child's favorite toy that could have fallen under furniture, including beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our stay at the Pelican Paradise was perfect! The property is cute, clean & creatively decorated. We enjoyed the close proximity to IMG for a soccer tournament (10 min drive) and convenient location to shopping/dining. The backyard pool area provided a great location for family breakfast, afternoon relaxation & evening swims. The game room also provided space for family fun. If you’re looking for a great space to enjoy family time, this property is for you.

Never Staying anywhere else. Loved this place!This was my first time in Bradenton to attend my daughter's soccer tournament at IMG which was only 10 away. The home is well kept, clean and stocked with all you need. I love the decor and the amenities provided. When you walk in you will feel right at home. As I inspected the home my daughter and her friend ran to the back to check out the pool and golf area. The game room was fun with basket ball, futsal and a game console which had Galaga and Pac-Man which I was ecstatic about. The rooms were a nice size. The oversized master bedroom has an exit to the pool which was convenient to watch the girls while I relaxed. In addition the master bedroom has a table for those like me that might need to catch up on business related work. The master bathroom was also a nice size. We ran into a little trouble with the TV's but Joseph was fast to respond and walk me through the set up for our stay. I really appreciated him taking the time to make sure all was well. If you deicide to stay here you will not be disappointed. As someone who chooses VRBO's over hotels for many years now for my family I can assure you that if you run into any siltation Joseph will be there to attend to your needs. I know personally for me the biggest concern is communication especially if I am staying somewhere I've never been to. Thank you again!

Our stay here was top notch. The home is in a very nice area and very well equipped for traveling with a family. We appreciated how close it was to IMG, shops, restaurants and the beach! The weather was cooler than normal and I was very appreciative of the hosts ability to accommodate my request to turn the pool heater on even though it was not Dec. He was so kind about it and checked in to make sure all was perfect. I would certainly look to book this again.
