The property was in a convenient location and it was clean with a lot of basic supplies in the home. Quiet location and the kids loved the pool in the area between all of the other condos. Some of the things mentioned in the listing were not either functioning such as the fire feature on the lanai and the opportunity to use the clubhouse fitness center had to be coordinated with owner and there was no use of the clubhouse pool or social area either. The owner was easy to contact once we arrived at the location but prior to our stay was a little difficult to get a response from. The stay was quite a lot higher priced than stays we have had in other areas of Florida in the past and to be completely honest, Siesta Key across the street from the beach and restaurants was much more convenient for our family so we won’t be staying at this condo or even in the Anna Maria Island area again. But we do want to emphasize the condo was nice and offered everything we needed. The views from the lanai were nice, too.

Location and porch with sunset views were amazing. If you want to go to the advertised fitness facility or some of the other amenities, you need to coordinate with the host. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would recommend.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The condo was beautiful, well stocked, comfortable and safe. The pool was amazing. The covered parking spot and locker with beach chairs was perfect! The screened in porch was perfect for watching sunsets and thunderstorms. We hope to stay again!!

Our stay was great. The location to my daughters location and beaches was perfect. The layout with the three bedrooms worked out great for all of us. David was very responsive and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

David was MIA

The property is lovely & view is great. The communication with David was less than optimal. The day before & the morning of our arrival I reached out to David requesting early check-in, but I never heard back. When we arrived (15 min after we could check in), David didnt answer the call to let us in. After several phone calls to his cell & calls using the gate phone, I got out of the car & ran through the gate when someone else was leaving. (Ignoring the stern look from the driver.) Once past the gate, I was able to get into the condo no problem, & was able to retrieve the fob that would open the gate. I reached out to David over the next 2 days letting him know we were there & explaining how we got in. On the 3rd day, I heard from him. He had an emergency that took him out of town. Understandable, but without me "breaking in", we wouldn't have been able to access the condo for 3 days. There should have been a back up plan--he knew we were coming. The photos showed a hot tub & a beach, & the writeup mentions & photos show a fire table on the patio. There was no fire table &* the property doesn't have a hot tub and it isn't near a beach. The photos are misleading.It would have been nice to have a welcome note or general info about the property or recommendations for restaurants or things to do close by. There were several lightbulbs that were out and/or that had super low wattage. There are several holes in the screens. Beds are comfy & condo is nicely furnished & stocked.

Great relaxing weekend

One Particular Harbor is a beautiful tucked away Oasis with two restaurants in walking distance. The condo was decorated beautifully with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beds were comfortable and the view of the bay was a joy to see everyday. David was an impeccable host and answered every question quickly. There are bikes and beach chairs to use and several walking trails nearby. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Anna Maria Island.

Million Dollar View

We stayed here for three weeks while our child attended a camp at the nearby IMG Academy. It was very easy to drive back and forth to IMG and we encountered very little traffic during the weekdays. There was some bridge traffic to Anna Maria Island (AMI) on the weekends but it is so close and convenient that it didn’t bother us. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Whenever we had a question, it was immediately answered. We enjoyed the local restaurants nearby on several occasions, especially on AMI but also in Bradenton. The Island Creperie and the Porch were among our favorites. We loved watching three sunset from the apt porch and also on Holmes Beach, which was less than a 5 min drive away. We used the pool in the complex and it was lovely and very convenient. The only drawback to our stay was the red tide that is unfortunately affecting parts of the Gulf. Some of our family members noticed a smell in the surrounding Bradenton area (but not in the apartment itself) especially during the first week. Overall, the apartment was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay.
