Welcome to Sandys Coral Retreat, your private waterfront pool home located in the popular rental community of Coral Shores! This vacation home has something for everyone! The property is situated off Cortez Road and is 3 miles from Bradenton Beach. With a boat dock large enough for a 30 boat there are no bridges to the bay by boat. This waterway brings you out to the Sarasota Bay (Boatlift in pictures is not available to renters). Just minutes away from the most popular beaches in the area, this completely renovated pool home is the perfect destination spot to enjoy everything the area has to offer! Close proximity to Starbucks, Grocery Stores, Waterfront restaurants and more!

When pulling up to the property you will instantly notice the well-manicured exterior with plenty of parking space! Walking into the front door you will love the expansive open floor plan that truly is the heartbeat of a great vacation. This open space not only blends the kitchen and dining room together, but it also flows into a side by side living room and sitting area each with their own Smart TVs to watch all your favorite movies and shows.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals! Just past the kitchen you will also be delighted to find a coffee bar with seating for 4 with an additional 2 in the kitchen. If you enjoy cooking on the grill the property has one available as well! The dining room offers a table that can sit up to 8 people with more space to eat under the covered patio.

Prefer the outdoors? You ll love the screened in pool deck where you can relax in the refreshing waters of the pool or kick back and end the day in the stand-alone Hot Tub. The private pool can be heated for an additional fee during the colder months of the year. Leading out onto the deck is a large turf area as well as an extended dock perfect for your boat along with electricity and water. If the young ones cant get enough of the beach enjoy the sand playground that was made in the back yard. The perfect thing for the young ones to do while you are catching a tan or the view. Enjoy fishing off the dock in the canal and if you are lucky, you might even see a manatee or a dolphin!

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The primary bedroom offers a King-sized bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Across the hall, you will find one of the secondary bedrooms which offers a bunk bed with a Full-sized bed over a Queen-sized bed. On the opposite side of the home you will find the final bedroom equipped with a Queen-sized bed. The secondary bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway on the right side of the home. Additional sleeping space available in the form of a pull out couch in the living room.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85 is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76 during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee ( ), plus tax if applicable.
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
