This large Spanish home boasts three separate living rooms and a spacious kitchen perfect for entertaining. It has 6 palatial bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Our entire family (16) spent 10 days here celebrating our 50th Anniversary. We had so much space in this lovely home! Everything was very well stocked. The pool was warm and large and the kids spent hrs swimming. We had an incredible time and want to thank our hosts. They were warm and, welcoming and helpful!!

Alyson was always very responsive to messages and took care of our needs promptly. The house is well-furnished and the kitchen is great for cooking, which we did a lot of. The gas grills made outdoor cooking easy. Propane exchange locations are just minutes away. The multiple bedrooms worked out very well for our large family. Pool is perfect for a larger group and is deep enough for adults to enjoy, and was a very pleasant temperature. It was just a tad cool on cold cloudy days as we expected. Pleasant and quiet neighborhood away from traffic noise, yet just minutes from AMI beaches and local shopping, coffee, restaurants etc.

The drive to the home is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by scenic views of the Intracoastal waters and stunning neighboring homes. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a large circular driveway and a charming gated entry with a Spanish-style flair. There’s even a lovely garden area where you can sit and relax.Step through the double doors into the grand foyer, and you’ll be amazed by the spaciousness and breathtaking views — the exterior simply doesn’t capture the true size and elegance of this home. Inside, you’ll find six roomy bedrooms, a cozy family room, a game room with a pool table, two dining areas, and a large inviting pool.I can’t wait to stay here again — you’ll absolutely love it!

Great Spring Training / Beach Trip for a Guys Weekend

We stayed here for our annual Spring Training Boys Trip and had a great time. Was perfect for watching March Madness, poker games, KanJam, beach trips, and easy commutes to Spring Training Baseball games. The house is divided up nicely such that it basically affords for 3 different areas of the house that each have their own bathroom. Each person on the trip had their own room and shared a bathroom with one other person who was staying in the same part of the house. The house is REALLY spacious and there is plenty of room to congregate or break off into smaller group/personal space. We found everything we needed there including plenty of towels, beach chairs (which we did not use), everything needed to cook meals, 2 grills, and even poker chips! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a spacious place to get away with a larger family or a group of friends!

Friends Getaway!

Our stay was beyond amazing! The pictures didn’t do it justice on how large the house actually was. We loved playing pool, swimming and the quick drives to the beach. There were so many places to hangout within the house and large open rooms to gather as a large group. The kitchen was filled with everything you would need which made are group dinners so easy. If we could go back next week we would! I can’t say enough about how amazing this house was and the host was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall AMAZING!!

Excellent property for large groups!

This property was outstanding for the large group we had (8 adult males). We were searching all over for a property that would accept large groups and be able to accommodate everyone’s sleeping arrangements. From the beginning, the host was very helpful with the check in process and allowed us to come a few hours early. The house was clean and very well kept. This place is huge! While gathering in the main area and outside, it was almost impossible to hear the commotion when trying to sleep while others were awake having fun. The upstairs is a great addition and honestly was not used nearly enough during our trip. When booking the property we were excited about the pool table but the table is in rough shape. The table is not level and made it impossible to play. The pool was our favorite part and where we spent most of our time! It was heated prior to our arrival and bearable even with the cooler Florida weather. If you are going to book this property make sure to have transportation as it’s a bit far to walk to the highly populated areas for drinks, restaurants, etc. Overall this stay was excellent and we had an absolute blast at this property. The host was super nice and available for any questions we had. Highly recommend booking this beautiful property as it’s very unique and only a short drive to the beach!

A truly amazing experience

This home was such a joy to stay in. We were staying for my birthday and we had the BEST time. The house was fun and clean and overall awesome. It slept all 13 of us. I’d most definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
