Casa da Praceta¦ The flat has been updated to meet today's comfort requirements and is fully refurbished and equipped. Maintenance is carried out on a regular basis. The flat is located on a 1st / 2nd floor of a residential condominium with lift.

On the first floor, it is served by a security door and has a large and bright living room with floorboards, sofa, AC Inverter (cools in summer and warms in winter), dining area, WC and terrace with double insulation, flat screen TV with cable channels as well as Free Wi-Fi, books and society games, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker and all the necessary utensils.

On the second floor, there are a 2nd Inverter AC Inverter (cools in summer and warms in winter), three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds as well as a full bathroom with shower, bidet, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. Sheets, toilet paper and shower gel and towels are provided.

Surroundings ¦ 600m from the City Park, where you can enjoy walking and biking using the track along the Rio Este. Less than 100m away, you will find public transport (TUB), a supermarket, several cafes and restaurants as well as bakeries/confectioners and a launderette. Other distances:

* 2-3 km: Shopping 'Braga Parque' (Primark), Historical centre, University of Minho, Museum of the Biscainhos, Sé Cathedral, Train Station, and Bom Jesus do Monte Sanctuary; * 5-6 km: Monastery of São Martinho de Tibães, Shopping 'Nova Arcada' (IKEA), Municipal Airfield and Cávado River; * 20-30 km: Guimarães, Barcelos, Esposende and Penêda Gerês National Park; * 40-50 km: Porto Airport, Ponte de Lima, Porto, Viana do Castelo and Douro River.

House rules ¦ Maximum 6 (six) guests . No pets allowed . Arrival between 4 and 6 pm . Departure before 10am.

Full access to all rooms in the house . Condominium entrance area with shared access . Free parking in the public street .

Arrival outside the check-in hours must be agreed and confirmed with CRALS and will incur additional charges: 20 euros (up to 8pm) and 50 euros (up to 10pm).Late check-out must be agreed and confirmed with CRALS and will always incur an additional charge of €20 (up to 11am) and €50 (up to 12pm).Please inform CRALS in advance of your arrival and departure time by email ( crisum@sapo.pt ) or SMS ( +351 968 827 480 ).

Upon check-in, guests are required to present photo identification and a credit card. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please ensure you have cash with you to pay for special requests.

Baby cot or high chair are free of charge, but always on request and subject to availability.

The quiet period is from 10pm to 8am, so no noise is allowed during these hours. Parties and events are not allowed ( Respect - Your - Local Neighbour - Tourism ) .Smoking is not allowed- in any room of the flat or building.

Turn off all appliances and lights in the flat when you leave. On departure, please leave the flat in the same condition as you found it and dispose of the rubbish in the rubbish bins / ecoponto on the street.

Municipal tourist tax ¦ At the time of check-in, a municipal tourist tax of 1.5 euro per person (16 years) / night and for a maximum of 4 (four) consecutive days of stay will be charged to foreigners and nationals. The tax is only charged from March to October .

Urban tourism¦ With excellent access to the main cities in the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula, you can easily reach the nearest urban centres, such as Viana do Castelo , Barcelos , Braga , Guimarães and Porto . Just over an hour away in Portugal are the cities of Vila Real , Aveiro , Viseu and Coimbra . Just under two hours away, in Galicia, are the cities of Vigo, Pontevedra, Ourense and Santiago de Compostela.

Environmental sustainability ¦ To make your journey even more sustainable and environmentally friendly, CRALS has an ongoing project to reduce your ecological footprint:- reduction of water flow rates from taps and flushes as well as the installation of high efficiency showers.- reducing the use of plastic, packaging and disposable products- reuse and recycling of paper and cardboard- installation of double-glazed windows and well-sealed doors to optimise space- the use of detergent dispensers and the possibility to reuse towels- encouraging walking and cycling and promoting minimalist lifestyles- efficient and modern appliances and multiple sockets with power cut-offs so that several appliances can be switched off at the same time- increased use of LED light bulbs and investment in renewable energy- reduction in overall energy consumption
