Front desk personnel were very nice. The only thing I'm not in agreement with some of the reviews was about the breakfast. It was no better or worse than any other hotel breakfast. But it was very edible. Clean and comfortable beds.

Each stay seems to be something wrong with the room, albeit small things. This time tub took 45 minutes to drain after shower so spouse had to wait… other times TV broken, toilet broken or fridge to dirty to use.

We stayed here during the Royal Winter Fair. Our room (the king suite) was clean and nice to have a seperate sleeping area for kids on the pull out couch, with a kitchenette and table too. A bit dated but well kept and a reasonable price comparing other hotel suite rooms in the area. The pool was nice. The complimentary breakfast left much to be desired for anyone with allergies (gluten allergy and the only thing we ate was a yogurt cup, hard boiled egg and an apple) nothing was labelled. Overall a good stay.

The service was great! We were able to check in slightly earlier which was appreciated. The area outside was a bit dirty. Next to a parking lot of a VLT so that could be the problem. Hotel room was clean
