Poor communication but nice place

It was a very spacious and clean space but the AC was not working and the shower head was broken. When I tried communicating with the staff, they did not answer my calls or emails. It was really hot and we had to shower with a bowl because the showehead didnt work.

I had paid extra for late checkout but the cleaning lady still walked into my room while I was partially undressed. I emailed the apartment and they gave me an extra hour to checkout and the cleaning lady STILL came back in 30 minutes. They didn’t knock they just opened the door. When I told the apartment they said that they asked her and she didn’t walk in the second time. Which is a flat out lie. The exterior of the property is horrible too and the pictures make it look way nicer.

A nice room and good location near to river and not far from old town, one thing I would change is the lighting, the room was very dark, I would suggest to switch the current lightbulbs to something brighter such as LED.

Would definitely stay again.

Exceptional contact in advance, extremely welcoming and let us access our apartment very early on day of arrival with genuinely helpful reception staff recommending restaurants and what to do in the small amount of free time we had. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. A few scuff marks on walls etc and one loose section on the wooden floor. Apartment was very quiet with no road noise, heating could be altered in each room on radiator thermostats. Close to bus stops so easy access from airport and also walking distance to old town.

Everything about the apartment was excellent. New and functional equipment. Waking the local area it was close to city centre, indoor market and Blue church. The location was close to bus station.. We spent one day in Vienna as a side excursion. Very easy to do. Going back to the train station the 201 bus leaves from across the road. Would highly recommend.

The flat is ok overall good location, 10 min walk to everywhere, communication was very easy and the staff was helpful but the flat itself i wasn't that impressed. there was no soap in the toilet room so basically you could t was your hands unless you went in a different room, there was no shower gel and i would say 10 ml of shampoo. i would say the overall experience was decent but did not blow my mind
