This charming holiday apartment is located just about 90 metres from the sea and offers an ideal retreat with its dreamlike sea view for couples or small families who want to spend their holiday on the Adriatic coast. The apartment is located on the third floor of a well-maintained house and offers around 30 m² of living space, providing room for up to four people.
In the open living and dining area, you will find a well-equipped kitchen line with an electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, as well as crockery and cooking utensils - perfect for self-catering. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with a dining table, a sofa bed, and SAT-TV. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and a small table with a chair. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, mirror, and toilet.
A special highlight of this accommodation are the two balconies with sea views - one is directly accessible from the living room, the other from the bedroom. Both are equipped with a table and chairs and invite you to enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea with a coffee or observe the sunset in the evening.
