Villa Maris covers 220 m2 of living space with a 380 m2 garden and offers a spectacular sea view. Four elegantly decorated bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for nine guests—two rooms with beds measuring 180x210 cm and two with beds measuring 160x200 cm. An additional sleeping option is available in the spacious living room on a corner sofa measuring 301x210 cm. The villa has three modern bathrooms—one en-suite in the master bedroom and two shared bathrooms with walk-in showers.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a children's playroom, a bathroom, and a heated outdoor pool of 28 m2 with massage jets and a bench. The terrace, with sun loungers and a wood or charcoal barbecue, is the perfect place to enjoy the fresh air. Active vacation enthusiasts will appreciate the fitness room, foosball table, and PlayStation 4. The second floor has three bedrooms and a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sunset. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and every room is equipped with a TV.
