Directly on the western bank of the New Harbor, centrally located between the Weser and the harbor, we offer you a top-class apartment (new move-in July 2015). What's special is that you have wonderful views of the Weser or the mouth of the Weser from the 3rd floor of the NewPort Weser apartment. All rooms have daylight (except the storage room) and the rooms are flooded with light thanks to the large, floor-to-ceiling windows.

The NewPort-Weser apartment is modern and elegantly minimalist with exceptional designs. But it still exudes a cozy charm and you don't have to miss out on anything that would be important in a holiday apartment.

The apartment and the building from 2015 impress with their extraordinary architecture. A glass elevator backlit with red light takes you comfortably to the 3rd floor. By then you can already guess what an extraordinary view awaits you from the apartment.
From all rooms and through floor-to-ceiling triple-glazed windows, guests have a fantastic view of the Weser and the historic Lloyd Dock. Thanks to the constantly changing backdrop in an exciting environment, it shouldn't get boring anytime soon. To get a little closer to the action, you can use the covered loggia, which can be accessed from the living room. This is protected from the weather by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass elements. The glass elements can be completely closed in bad weather. Normally these are open, so you can enjoy the fresh and healthy sea air even more intensively.
