The Moto Ranch at Croom is nestled inside the gates of the renowned Croom Motorcycle Area, and situated on our 5-acre tranquil compound. Moto Ranch offers unique and exclusive access to Croom's riding trails DIRECTLY from our compound, providing you with a-one-of-a-kind experience with all the amenities of home.

Staying at our private and modern 1-bedroom, 1-bath home, known as the "Privateer," offers the perfect blend of nature, comfort and convenience. Unwind in the privacy of the fenced yard, refresh in the outdoor pool, relax indoors with all the modern amenities of home, and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, in the company of friends, family and even the four legged family that join you on your adventures! * Here's a fun twist: Leave your mark at the Moto Ranch! Get creative and tag our storage container with your artwork or leave your name as a testament to your visit. We've provided spray paint for you to express yourself (please keep it family-friendly).

Other Details to Note:
The property has exterior security cameras only, to protect our guests and property, as well as aid in self check in. The cameras are not monitored on a continuous basis.

*Moto Ranch is not affiliated with Croom Motorcycle Area (CMA), or the State of Florida. The Moto Ranch is private property located inside CMA, and guests of the Moto Ranch must adhere to ALL CMA park rules, and the State of Florida park rangers.
**ALL guests of the Moto Ranch must purchase a Croom Motorcycle Area day/year pass to take their off-road vehicle outside of our fenced private compound.

MOTO RANCH RULES:
- NO vehicles are allowed in any roped-off fenced areas.
- Only idle speed is allowed on Moto Ranch grounds.
- Riders must have a Croom Motorcycle Area day/year pass on their off-road vehicle to go outside of the Moto Ranch fenced private compound.
- The Moto Ranch on-property track is STRICTLY off limits to ALL Moto Ranch guests.
- Riding hours are from dawn to dusk.
- NO additional Day Guest(s) unless pre-approve by Host, and paid for by the reservation holder prior to their check in.
- No Parties or events allowed unless booked through our Moto Ranch Events listing.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
- There is NO SMOKING allowed in any interior spaces. An additional cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed for any smoking in interior spaces.
- NO DRUG USE ON PROPERTY (No exceptions, including having a medical card)
- A maximum of 2 Dogs only are allowed with prior approval and an additional pet fee paid prior to stay.
- Guests must keep their pets in their fenced area, and clean up after them before checking out. If outside the homes/trailers individual fenced area, pets must be on leash at all times.
- POOL HOURS: are 9 A.M. - 10 P.M. The pool is restricted to guests renting the "Factory Ride" and "Privateer" houses and is NOT included with MX, SX and ATV travel trailers, or Chinook Helicopter reservations.
- QUIET HOURS: after 11 P.M.

GENERAL RULES:
- Please keep all gates closed at all times.
- Please dispose of all trash in designated trash barrels.
- Please dispose of all used oils and mechanical fluids in the receptacle located at the end of the Graffitti Storage Container.
- Please extinguish fires in the fire pit by 10 P.M.
- NO FIREWORKS or FIREARMS ON PROPERTY
- WE DO NOT TOLERATE HARASSING OTHER GUESTS OR DISRESPECTFUL/RUDE BEHAVIOR.

ADDITIONAL DAY GUESTS OF RESERVATION HOLDER:
- Day Guest(s) are guests not included in the reservation holder’s platform reservation, and may NOT spend the night on Moto Ranch property.
- Day Guest(s) hours are 8 A.M. - 5 P.M.
- A maximum of two (2) Day Guests will be permitted on property, at any time.
- Day Guest(s) must be pre-approved by the Host.
- Day Guest(s) information must be provided to the Host PRIOR to the reservation holder’s check-in date, via messaging on their booking platform.
- Additional Day Guest fee of $50.00 per additional pre-approved Day Guest/per day, will be charged to the reservation holder via their booking platform. (additional Day Guest fee after check in is $75.00 per Day Guest/per day)
- The reservation holder is responsible for ALL Day Guest(s) invited to the Moto Ranch property by the reservation holder, and is solely responsible for informing their Day Guest(s) of ALL Moto Ranch and Croom Motorcycle Area rules, and all liability arising from their Day Guest.

Guests violating any of the above rules may be trespassed from the Moto Ranch property, at the Host’s discretion, without notice, with no refund.
