I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience here was nothing short of fantastic. Not only is the hotel located in a nice area, but the staff are exceptional. The hotel supplies you with umbrellas when needed as well as assisted us with outlet converters as ours broke. Also the hotel service is truly amazing. I left AirPods and was quickly notified and sent back my items. If you are thinking about this hotel BOOK IT!!

Excellent Hotel. The small details by the hotel were nice; some goodies in the room on arrival and a gift for when we left. Overall the room was good. The view from the window was poor but that did not matter as we spent most of the holiday out of the room. We did not have breakfast as we considered it to be very expensive at 30 Euros per person. We also didn't eat in the restaurant but family who were with us, did eat there and said the food was excellent. The location was great. Just a few minutes walk from the bustling tourist area. Also, as it was only a few minutes away by train from the main Midi Station, we took advantage of this to travel to Bruges and Antwerp - great places to see.

Hidden Gem in Brussels

Really pleasantly surprised by how wonderfully modern and clean this hotel was. Really spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Easy accessible to all main attractions within a 10-15 minute walk. Close to a main train station as well. Only negative, and not a negative for me, but it’s not in a very busy location. By which I mean, you won’t be headed out to bars or active nightlife within a block. Everything is more centralized and the 6-7 minute walk. Again, not a deal breaker, but some people like to be in the midst of nightlife, this is not it. But would 100% recommend this place!

Location is great! It is next to beautiful cathedral that is 1 min away. Due to construction and thin walls noisy level was little high. I love the layout of the room however I had little problem with shower. It splashed everywhere!!! Other than that i enjoy it!

Quiet hotel within easy stroll of Grand Place

This was our first time at a Pillows hotel and we found it to be quite satisfactory. The room was very clean as was the bathroom, even though that space was rather small.The location was great for us once we found it due to the construction in the area. We were lucky to get one of the 12 parking spaces as we arrived on a Thursday before 11:00.The hotel is fairly close to the train station but uphill , so I would recommend a carryon bag or take a taxi. It is a quiet area right by St. Michael’s church, so no late bar noise.It’s a 5 -8 minute walk to Grand Place.

Very friendly and helpful front staff. Allowed us to check in very early (9 AM) for our 4 day stay for just 20 euros. Room very clean, plus we got two bottles of water each day free. Breakfast is excellent (but not free) - best to get it as part of a reservation package. Only complaint is the weird showers. No matter how you place the shower head, water spills out onto the floor of the doorless shower. Location was excellent to tourist areas and only a 2-3 minute walk to Central Station for trains.

A great hotel. It’s very clean and has everything you need. Royal Gallery of Saint Hubert a HUGE shopping area with loads of restaurants is a quick 5 min walk. Stop by the St. Michael & St. Gudula Cathedral for a look around. The only issue we had was road work which is NO REFLECTION on the hotel but it makes it hard for taxis and UBER to get direct access to the hotel.
