The motel is conveniently located to all the highlights of the centre of Brussels. The staff were so helpful in recommending local areas for meals and shopping. The staff were super fast and responsive to a minor maintenance issue in one of our rooms. Highly recommend.

No issues. Breakfast - 9/10. Very good. Decent variety and all of good quality. Staff - 10/10. All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Hotel - 9/10. Great location, easy walking distance to the main square and Brussels Central Station. Close to the cathedral too and so you do hear the (rather annoying) church bells every 15mins from 8am to 10pm. Having stayed at the Pillows Hotel in Gent the night before, felt that this one just didn’t quite live up to our expectations. Nevertheless, would stay here again if ever back in Brussels.

Our room was spacious and welcoming. We really enjoyed the relatively small size of the hotel and found it wonderfully situated - a nice walk to Grand-Place and many wonderful restaurants and Christmas markets. Staff were outstanding.

Room was lovely - roomy with a large bathroom and sensational shower with plenty of pressure. Bed was as divine and pillows, were lovely. We were on floor 7, which was very quiet and the lifts were fast. A great location, close to major galleries, museums, Central Station and the Grand Market. All very walkable.

Firstly, first time we walked in the place the staff was very accommodating. Greeted us in French and made effort to speak in English. He explained the necessary things about free breakfast. Place was clean and modern. When we finally got to the room it was super nice! What we expected staying at a European hotel.i can’t say anything negative with our stay there for a week. Wife and I were Very satisfied. The breakfast experience is self serve, but the food was great European experience, must try their croissant. Last, even during the check out someone was still available very early around 3Am I a morning since we had to catch flight early.
