The rooms were nice and clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near the Bryce Canyon. I visited with my family, including small children, and everyone really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast had many options for all age people. Kids loved the breakfast.

This place was a good option to stay at foe the location. We stayed here for when we visited bryce canyon. The room was older. We were given a special needs room so the shower head did not reach a person standing up which made it a very awkward shower. The restaurant buffett had alot of options.

Really close to Bryce national park. Check in was more pleasant than most properties in my trip. The lake view room is in the back side, overlooking a dried up lake, but still enjoyable in the sunset pouring in through the windows. Breakfast was good, except that the scrambled eggs and coffee need to be slightly better to be average. The room coffee is disappointing too. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms clean, and the general store opp the reception is vast, with groceries and clall essentials.

When we checked in the complete hotel was sold out. Hundreds of people were coming to dinner but the restaurant staff handled the whole rush extremely quickly. The condition of the room was good but carpet looked old. Overall great property and very efficient staff.

Checkin was smooth. Staff is helpful and friendly. The “lakeside” is a joke…there is no water, just a mud hole and this is springtime. Can’t imagine there is ever a lake there. The building is a LONG way from lobby, restaurants, and other amenities so it seems there should have been a discount, not an up charge for a lakeside room.

Some buildings do not have elevators

This hotel has multiple buildings for guest rooms, they are all 2 stories, but not all of them have elevators. There is no indication of this on the booking site, so there is no way to indicate the need for an elevator or first floor room. I have a disability the does require an elevator, but I do not need a wheelchair accessible room, so I do not request them. When we arrived, we were assigned to a 2nd floor room in a building without an elevator. We did not know this until we drove to the building, and discovered there wasnt an elevator. We were able to exchange for a first floor room, but they should make this information more obvious in the booking, or at check-in.

Conveniently right outside the national park. The inn has everything you need. From shopping to food to activities. It’s almost like a mini resort. Rooms were clean and WiFi included for everyone. Service workers were all very welcoming and friendly. I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

Bryce Canyon needs more competition in hotels

Our room was very old and in need of updates and it had an odor of age to it. The free breakfast was very chaotic. Most of the staff were foreign workers (friendly), but we had some communications difficulty.
