Not sure why house cleaning knocked on our door at 9:30 since we didn’t check out yet. Appreciated how close it is to the park’s entrance.

This is an older establishment which they are remodeling, putting new siding and roofs on all the buildings. Inside is still dated. Felt the price was too high for what I had to pay to stay there. We paid $175+ tax and fees, but the day that we got there, the price had dropped to $110 on Expedia but I could not be given any difference as they have a 24 hour policy of rate change. Way too much money for the room. It was only worth $100 a night.

The hotel was rundown the people at Ruby’s in activity center were rude and would not help with anything. Ruby’s in restaurant was no good. The overall day was average could’ve been a lot better. It definitely wasn’t worth $180 a night.

Bryce View Lodge Visit.

This is a very nice hotel facility. The room was excellent. My only complaint is that I am old and had been driving hard for several days. I arrived a couple of hours early and check-in times are strictly enforced so I had to wait for check-in. There was construction going on at the building but it wasn't a problem. The area facilities are excellent.

Shabby, poor condition, not a good value

This was by far the worst room of our 10-day trip in Utah. The condition of the property was poor, extremely well worn. While everything worked, there was a gap in the door where daylight shone through. I wasn’t able to sleep because I was so uncomfortable in this room. Everything about the Ruby’s area feels like a tourist money-grab. I would encourage others to either spend the extra money for a nicer property or, better yet, seek lodging elsewhere. This property is not a good value.
