Located right in the heart of the city, a couple of minutes walking distance until the Old City and the House of Parliament, our home will give you a unique & unforgettable experience in Bucharest.

The Space:
Step inside our generous 2 bedroom home, featuring a welcoming living room, fully equipped kitchen & 1.5 bathrooms.

Our home has been designed for group travellers for both long term stays as well as short. Here’s an overview of the space:

• Living Room

- Large comfortable couch for big families or friends travelling together.
- 55 inch Ambilight TV for an immersive experience.
- AC unit covering the entire room.

• Bedroom 1

- Comfortable Queen size bed.
- Luxurious bed linen with 400 thread count, Egyptian cotton.
- 50 inch TV for enjoying your favourites directly from the bed.
- Storage dressing & private *fan unit in room.

*The living room AC unit is designed to cover the large bedroom area as well, however an additional fan unit has been added to use depending on preferences.

• Bedroom 2

- Comfortable double size bed.
- Luxurious bed linen with 400 thread count, Egyptian cotton.
- Private desk to get work done.
- 50 inch TV for enjoying your favourites directly from the bed.
- Storage unit & private AC unit in room.

• Kitchen

- Fully equipped kitchen with all required pans & cooking utensils, large fridge, oven, electric hot stove as well as a Nespresso coffee machine + dishwasher.

• Bathroom 1 & 2

- Large bathroom with bathtub for a comfortable experience.
- Small bathroom.
- Blow dryer and a full range of toiletries offered.
- Washing machine & Drying machine

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the apartment during their stay, with the only exception of a small storage area marked “Staff Only”, used by our team. Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable. Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located right in the heart of the city, on Calea Victoriei, close to Piata Romana. Within a 5-minute radius are over 100 restaurants, clubs and pubs, plus many shops. Walk in nearby Cismigiu Park, one of the city's most beautiful open spaces.

Getting Around:
Very close to the apartment, at Piata Romana, you will find a multitude of ways of transportation. Bus, Taxi, Bike Rentals and more. More important, you will find that everything is very close, parks, museums & lots of amazing restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
• Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features both a video doorbell outside of the apartment as well as a noise monitoring system inside helping us prevent any potential disturbances to our neighbours.

• Access to the property is strictly limited to the guests included in the reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed at any time. Unauthorised access or high-traffic activity (e.g. gatherings, commercial use) will be charged at full occupancy rate and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.

• We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space.

• If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.

• Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID, as required by law, in accordance with art. 3, paragraph D of law nr. 237 from 2001 regarding guest access and registration in touristic structures.
