The first two flats are in the old Mill dating back to 1100. While the New Mill (the one that still contains the millstones) dates back to 1800. The Old Mill used the stream, which now runs alongside and along the property, to produce flour for the entire area. It was a mill belonging to the Benedictine Abbey of Badia Agnano. Where the stream flowed, the swimming pool was created.
