Villa Saffo is a charming three-story villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 20 people. From Villa Saffo you will enjoy a thrilling view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Saffo is 650 square meters (7000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, underfloor cooling (effect similar to air conditioning), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Castelnuovo Berardenga, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles).
You will reach Villa Saffo from the parking area going up approximately five stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Saffo you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Saffo is along a 350-meter (1150-foot) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. This area is also equipped with small sofas and armchairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from mid-April until mid-October.
Garden
The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet). It is partly shaded by a characteristic awning. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the valley, of Casal di Pari and of the Amiata Mount at a distance and of the hills.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the garden through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a sauna and a shower.
Main Building, Bottom FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include two sofas, armchairs and a desk. There is an age-old and impressive fireplace. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors. The room also has four windows. It is equipped with underfloor cooling.
Dining Room
The furnishings of the dining room are warm and elegant. The dining table can accommodate 20 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has a window, and is equipped with underfloor cooling.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is very well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen has a window, and is equipped with underfloor cooling.
