I enjoy staying at this hotel when I visit Knotts Berry Farm. I will continue to stay here if they keep running the operations as it is. Good staff, safe location, easy parking, close to the park. Great dining options without having to leave the property.

Bed unsafe. Grandson slid off bed hit his shin and wye hit cornwe if wood frame. The frame is dangerous for kids. Mattress doesn't line up with frame. Don't be staying there again.

My favorite place but….

The hotel Is beautiful but the beds are not comfortable at all . Also our rooms ac went out at 1 am , the fortunate part was they gave us a new room but we accidentally left some things in our other room and they said they didn’t find anything .

Close to dining options and walkable to the parks. It’s nice to be able to purchase tickets for the parks at check in. I like that there are laundry facilities. I wish the pool area had bigger towels. The current towels are like using a dish towel
