Tuo laaja perhe oleskelemaan rönsyilevässä 4 makuuhuoneessa, 3 kylpyjärvellä rannalla. Koti on katettu terassi ja ylimitoitettu kansi, josta on laajat näkymät Palestiinajärvelle, 12-paikkainen ja grilli. Kävele muutama askel alas painokivipolulla sisäänrakennettuun tuliaukkoon yöaikaan. Jatka venevajaan, jossa on liukukisko ja hissi veneellesi, oleskelu- / uima-alusta ja kalanpuhdistusasema. Se on täydellinen paikka nauttia aurinkoisesta päivästä tai käydä kalastuksessa yöllä.

Talon sisäpuolella on yhtä kutsuva kuin ulkopuolella. Siellä on neljä makuuhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa on king-size-vuode. Mestari on talon takana maksimoidaksesi näkymän järvelle. Sillä on oma TV ja liitetty kylpyamme, jossa on ylimitoitettu kylpyamme ja erillinen suihku. Päällikön vieressä on olohuone, jossa on queen-size-ulosvedettävä ruutu. Talon edessä on toinen isäntä, jolla on myös oma televisio ja liitetty kylpyamme suihkukomboilla. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla laitteilla, kahvila, täydellinen valikoima keittovälineitä ja laaja valikoima mausteita. Se avautuu ruokasalille
istuimet 12: lle. Ruokasalin toisella puolella on mukava olohuone, jossa on 60 tuuman televisio, joka on varustettu suoralla TV: llä. Toisella puolella on pieni den, jolla on toinen televisio ja ovi, joka vie sinut takapihalle ja isäntälle.

Talo on rauhallisella alueella Palestiinajärven rannalla, josta pääsee helposti etelä-Tyler-ravintoloihin, ostosmahdollisuuksiin ja nähtävyyksiin.

Fishing Trip 2025

This is a wonderful house that exceeded our expectations! We had a reunion of sorts, it was a fishing trip for old college buddies, some that haven't seen each other in about 20 years! Sat on the dock, having a drink, fishing, and reminiscing!! We will definitely plan a return trip, as the property provided plenty of space and all varieties of entertainment. Thanks for letting us visit.

Yearly outing with friends and family

We try and find a place each year that has 4 or 5 bedrooms that will sleep 5. This was the perfect place. We needed 3 bathrooms which this house also could accommodate. Back porch looked over the Lake which provided for relaxing evenings. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our meals. Would definitely consider going back.

Thanksgiving weekend

The house was very comfortable for our group and we enjoyed our stay. The pictures on Vrbo must have been taken a while ago though because they do not accurately show the condition of the house and property. There were quite a few items outside that our toddlers and dogs could get into that were not safe. Broken grill, umbrella and a lot of things in the shed that was not locked.

Anniversary getaway

We have stayed here before 3 years ago. It was nice to come back to a familiar area! We love morning coffee on the back porch and watching sunset sky in the evening. This time we went into Jacksonville and had fun exploring. One evening we drove to Palestine for a great dinner at Queen Street Grille in the historic Redlands Hotel.

Weekend at the lake

We had a great time with family fishing, kayaking and just spending time together. The house was roomy, the deck was great and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was nice to have 3 full baths.

Christmas Family Reunion

Great location and home to bring our family together to celebrate Christmas. We came from 4 different states with some coming as far as Arizona, Nevada and South Carolina. The host even decorated the home for Christmas which was a really nice touch! We had a great week!

Wonderful property

This property was perfect for our three couples, nothing is overlooked here, they have thought of everything that you might want or need during your stay. Johanna, her sons and Mary were extremely responsive and helpful. We had a problem with the coffee pot, they immediately replaced it with a brand new one. We spent lots of time on the covered patio, played games in the game room, the Wi-Fi was great, TV in almost every room, even a USB port for chargers. The kitchen was well appointed, everything was neat and clean, even the outside grill was clean! The view of the water is so peaceful, many birds and squirrels to watch. Overall a lovely property, we can't wait to return!

Spring Break

It was a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want. The boat dock with a lift was great to get out on the water quickly. Plenty of space for the 8 of us to feel like we had our own space. Can’t wait to go back.

We had so much fun with our friends this weekend. This house didn’t have a pool but our friends had rented the house next door that had the pool! This house is very spacious and a great little get away. We also loved the smaller space off of the house, like a man cave!! Our secret hideaway!!

Relaxing Memorial Day Weekend

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend with our 2 dogs and another couple. The house was a great setup for our group, inside and outside. The lake access was perfect - we fished, kayaked, and swam in the lake off the dock. The house was well stocked - kitchen and grill supplies, games, lanterns, toiletries, firewood, ice maker, extra drink fridge, dog water bowls. I tend to overpack and hardly used anything I brought. There is a Dollar General less than 10 minutes away, a Valero 15 minutes away that sells minnows/bait, and the best donut store next door to Valero. One tip - we zip tied the gates on the fenced backyard. Our dogs were able to push the gate open. They were also able to slip around the end of the fence at the water to visit the neighbors. It is very secure, just keep an eye out for your animals as a responsible owner. The neighborhood and lake were quiet for a Memorial Day weekend. It was a perfect, relaxing time; exactly what we needed! We will visit again and bring our boat next time!

Great place

Our entire family stayed and enjoyed boating and fishing. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The only negative thing is the neighborhood has a lot of big dogs that roam freely and use the front yard. There was an abundance of dog poo in the front yard when we arrived. My BIL picked up a LOT. If you bring a dog, beware and keep it leashed if you go for a walk.

Nice getaway

The house was so much bigger than we envisioned. Very clean with hand sanitizers everywhere! Extremely comfortable mattresses in every room. Decorated minimally which I like because seeing too much of other people’s stuff can get creepy sometimes. We thoroughly enjoyed our coffee each morning on the covered back patio facing the water. We hope to return some day with more family members.

Weekend birthday getaway

Good location. Right at beginning of canal but close to body of water. My family had caught several fishes right off the dock, especially birthday girl got few. Wish the dock was bit bigger for all of us to spread out. Back yard was bit dark, be sure take flashlight with you. The house is spacious and plenty of king size bedrooms, its in spilt house. The master bedroom has lake view on the corner which nice to wake up to. Kitchen (bit outdated) was alley size but dining room table was big enough for all of to sit together as family which was awesome! The overall house was pretty good, not fully clean but wasn’t a bothersome for us. We all had great time especially the birthday girl. Thank you!
