Staff were friendly and helpful. The property is attractive, but with a large and complex floorplan. Outdoor paving was being done, and there was a lot of uneven gravel.

Convenient location to restaurants, shopping and downtown attractions. Hotel was very clean and appealing. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Parking was plentiful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

The staff was excellent I was just a little bummed; since we were near the pool the hall had a mildew smell and our bathroom had missing grout and tub seemed old (looked as clean as it could be but no longer able to be spotless). Out ceiling had some strange stains. The room did seem to be clean otherwise with nice linens

Very nice staff and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, but could use some updating of furniture or a deep cleaning of the chairs. Towels and bed were changed up daily, which is so nice when on vacation. Bed is very comfortable and the hotel itself was very quiet. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Good standard hotel. Clean and nice, helpful staff. No wifi in Tavern bar. Long walk to center of Burlington and no facilities (marken, food, bar etc) close to hotel.

July vacation

Daniel at check-in was fabulous. So kind and helpful and professional. He should be considered to train new members on having the attitude he has. He is definitely management material.
