Hotel location is biggest plus. Room was not ready on time, very long time at check in twice b/c room not ready. Staff not very engaged. Room was terrible location, very noisy, cleaning materials like vacuums left in hallway for over a day. Clean and maintained but lots of little things made it a lesser experience.

Not sure where to start. Our so called “Lake view” was obstructed by the roof and furnaces, however, worse yet was waiting in a long line to check in only to be told to come back later, as our room was not ready. We had been traveling since 5am. When we finally got our room at nearly 5pm., we were put in a room over the fitness center and adjoining a room not soundproofed and with loud guests. We were kept up late after a long flight and lengthy delay, only to be woken up at 7am with loud noises coming from the fitness room below. Additionally, the “complementary” coffee/tea area per floor ran out of cups, creamer, and was overflowing with trash. Pool area had a total of about six lounge chairs and was dark and uninviting. Breakfast and dinner options were very limited and overpriced. Staff, with a couple of exceptions, seemed consistently miserable. Hard to believe this was a Hilton or rated anything above a 2 star hotel/motel.

I reserved two queens and was given a king . I was told I’d have to wait and see if two queens pop up. Also the sitting area near the cafe was not vacuumed with lots of stuff on the rug and an Apple core left under the couch for a day .
