I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone for the price. The lamp and phone charger next to the bed was broken, there was an extension strip laying on the floor with one thing plugged into it, the room was stuffy, the staff wasn’t personable, the bathroom configuration was weird, the toilet is in a small room with the tub/shower and the sink is in a big open area. You either have to put your towel on the toilet or leave the shower/toilet room to get your towel which is stuffed under the sink on a wheelie rack type shelf. It was bizarre! I wasn’t impressed and disappointed we spent so much money on a room with broken items.

Paid for Lakeview but when lying in the bed you can't even see it, you see a brick wall of another building. Weeds and dead plants in pots all over the property. "Tub rings" in the pool and hot tub from human oils, and was so disgusted I felt like getting sick, then immediately got out and took a shower. When sitting in the hot tub you look at the vents on the base board and they're covered in grossness. I had holes in my curtains ( room 703), and after turning down the refrigerator it still didn't cool anything off. Visiting with other customers at the bar all agreed everyone was dissatisfied with how much we all payed

Beautiful hotel, and I have stayed here before I do have a few suggestions for you. First of all, the Internet was very sketchy and making phone calls was definitely an issue issue. Secondly, it would be nice to put a magnifying mirror on the wall by the sink and have better lighting there. Lastly, you could use some yoga mats in the gym. I didn’t love the beds and the bedding and the towels, all first class.
