The information for this property is outdated. There is no “breakfast served daily”. No room service. No cafe-coffee shop. There is a Bingsoo and coffee shop that is not affiliated with the hotel. It doesn’t open until 10:00am and serves no food. The staff is particularly friendly or helpful. The rug needed cleaning. In room 1001 you have to turn sideways from either side of the bed to get to the bathroom. In room 1002 there is a single chair. Even though the price was below some other properties, I would not stay there again.

Problems

The sink was not working. It is fine that the hotel did not provide soap, shampoo, and other basic materials. However, then they should let the customers know in advance so that the customers can prepare in advance.

The property was right at Gwangalli Beach, so I was able to walk out the door and walk along the beach quickly. There is a great vibe in the area. Lots of restaurants. There were buskers singing along the way and people enjoying the water. Just very nice. The staff were incredibly kind. The hotel room was beautiful and comfortable. No amenities unless you purchase(shampoo/conditioner/body wash). I would stay here again.

They don't give you any shampoo or body wash for the shower. I've been to other hotels in Korea that give you shampoo and body wash. I booked 2 rooms at the same time because I had 4 people, 2 being kids. They put us on different floors. That makes no sense. I booked this trip awhile ago and they knew we had children traveling since I entered their ages on the website. This hotel is very dark, I'm guessing to hide how dirty it is and run down it is.

This place was fairly new, the decor is gorgeous. I loved the views from my room, it’s right next to gwangali beach, lots of food to eat. It was amazing.

This hotel is located very convenient. Pretty much right by the beach. It however has no beach or ocean view as I initially assumed. Check in was very fast. Parking is free and easy. The car goes with an automatic lift into a stall up high! Takes about 5 minutes or less for them to get your car down if you need it. Staff is super friendly and helpful. English speaking. The hallways are a bit small but look good. Rooms are an okay size. Lots of mirrored walls. Toilet is great. Beds are comfy. The shower is a bit inconvenient because there is no where to hang towels, clothes, place shampoo bottles. The sink is next to a bed and the carpet had water damage because of the sink being on the carpet. The tv, fridge, closet, tea maker, glasses, chair, phone. Everything was great. Would definitely stay here again! Oh and don’t use the stairwell stairs. The doors to the floors lock behind you and I got stuck in it. Staff was very quick and wonderful after I called front desk to rescue me. 😊

Rude concierge and dirty bed sheet

One of female receptionists was super rude. She kept cutting me off while I was telling her the plumbing issues that my son had in his room as if it wasn't a big deal. I ended up talking to a male receptionist and he took the complaint seriously and solve the issue. Also, I saw black stain on our bed sheet. Dont think they change bed sheet everyday.
