The staff was very nice and the view from the room was beautiful, but we were both way too warm the entire time. The AC was shut off for the season and in a skyscraper you can't open the window or anything. They did give us a floor fan, but it was insufficient

Everything else is perfect except for the use of pool. They control guests too much for using pool, they set a time frame, allowing only 45 mins of each day of your stay, but it starts every hours on time but if you’re little late then your window of using pool is being cut into. They have 3 lanes of lap, but with still many people in there they open only 2 lanes to control guests. Psst. Hey just close your swimming pool, why you re open?

I really liked the customer service at this hotel and it’s near some very good restaurants/cafes. I appreciate how much quieter this area is and it was a good place to stay since we were interested in visiting the two cultural villages nearby. The view was beautiful and the room was very clean.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. 10/10. The staff was always very helpful and anticipated anything you would need to make sure your stay was comfortable.
