Mäuse in den Wänden

Besonders störend waren Mäuse in den Wänden, die eine Erholung Nachts leider nicht zugelassen haben.Wir haben nach der ersten Nacht die Wohnung verlassen und uns ein Hotel gebucht.Mir ist bewusst, dass die Verwaltung für solche Vorkommnisse nicht immer direkt verantwortlich ist. Trotzdem ist es schade, dass auf mein Anliegen im Nachhinein nicht mehr reagiert wurde, nachdem die Kommunikation anfangs sehr freundlich und zuverlässig war.
