There is one room with a French bed (160 cm) and a shower/WC on the main level. The fully equipped kitchen includes 6 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a small dining table. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the ground level.

The upper floor can be accessed via a spiral staircase and has one room with a French bed (160 cm) and a shower/WC, another room with two beds, and a room with a French bed (140 cm), a shower/WC, and a double hand-basin. The second upper floor, also accessible via a spiral staircase, has one room with a French bed (160 cm), a shower/WC, gas heating, and air conditioning. The house has parquet floors throughout.
