The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, and a freezer. This level also has a bathroom with a bidet and toilet.

On the top floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, you'll find a room with sloping ceilings ranging from 170 to 300 cm in height, featuring one french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. This level also has a bathroom with a hydro massage bath and air conditioning. The property offers forced-air heating as an additional amenity. Deck chairs are available for your use.
