This historic family home, dating back to the 18th century, has been carefully restored, preserving its rustic and elegant style, while offering all modern amenities for a comfortable stay year-round.

The villa features a private saltwater pool, a sunny terrace perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset over green fields and rolling hills, and a games room with a pool table, foosball, and board games—ideal for fun moments with family or friends. Two bicycles are available for guests free of charge to explore the village and surrounding area.

Nearby, you’ll find trails such as Moinhos de Rei and the Levada de Víbora, perfect for walking and nature excursions. In the region, discover the Peneda-Gerês National Park, the Alvão Natural Park, Monte Farinha, where paragliding is possible, and the spectacular Fisgas de Ermelo waterfalls, all located in the neighboring municipality of Mondim de Basto. For adventure lovers, Pena Park Aventura offers outdoor activities in the heart of nature.

The region boasts a rich cultural and historical heritage, including the Monastery of São Miguel de Refojos, the Sacred Art Museum, the Terras de Basto Railway Museum, the Casa do Tempo, and the Casa da Lã, each with fascinating stories about local traditions.

The villa is located in the quiet village of Abadim, with a small grocery store and two cafés. Only 5 km away, in the town of Cabeceiras de Basto, you will find Intermarché and Continente, as well as cafés, bakeries ,restaurants, bars, butchers, medical services, pharmacies, and also charging stations for electric cars, offering convenience without compromising the villa’s tranquility.
