Comfortable stay, convenient location

Convenient stay in South Cairns, with car. A huge complex but the room allocated was surprisingly quiet. Was a brief stay. Might be different during the day with families using the pool facilities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay and couldn’t fault Palm Royale. Excellent value for money, exceptionally clean, excellent housekeeping and beautiful pools and gardens. All staff were friendly. Large room and huge bathroom. For the budget conscious you can’t do better in Cairns.

The area is not the greatest but we felt safe, it was clean, tidy, room was nice and big. Wish there were bowls to be able to have our own breakfast. Kids enjoyed it.

We had 2 different family rooms, over 3 nights. Room 206 was nicer than 205 in terms of layout and decoration. Could have done with a hand towel for each guest in addition to a bath towel.
