Chose hotel for closeness to airport, shuttle, and hot tub. Full breakfast perk helped decide to choose this hotel. Full breakfast was a misnomer though-they had 4-5 options to choose from, from the menu. Hot tub was unavailable as well so couldn't use that amenity. However what was the worst was paying $9/day to leave vehicle parked there (total $72) and then after calling for a pickup upon return someone didn't relay message and we stood outside on cement for an hour. When I called after we exited airport was informed we had just missed shuttle, but they would send the shuttle right back. Hotel was a seven minute drive away. So they forgot or gal who answered call failed to pass message along. When I explained the situation after we finally got back to the hotel there was no acknowledgment, apology, and all that was said was you're free to take your car (strange as it is our car so why wouldn't I be)? I again explained paying $72 for parking and getting forgotten about is not acceptable (we had not eaten, I injured my knee on vacation and standing on cement partition at pickup location didn't help, cell phone needed charging - just a really bad chain of events because of this). All that was done after the second time was that the man at counter took my name and phone number down and said manager would call...that was 4 days ago. No call. I was expecting at least a refund for our parking fees because of this. I've never experienced such lack of service.

The rooms were well appointed, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and it was conveniently close to the airport. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. A great stay!

We rented two rooms. They both smelt like body odor. The pillow cases were clean smelling but the body odor from the pillows under the cases were strong. The carpets were stained and dirty. The beds were doubles, not queen-size. We chose this hotel for it's included breakfast, which we didn't receive because the chef was late to work and we had to catch our plane. The one positive was the front end staff were pleasant

The TV seems not working well. The chanels were continuously surfing unable for us to control them. We were a party of 3 but the toiletries placed were for 1 pax. There were no courtesy sleepers. Aside from these all are good. Thank you for taking care of our stay.
