Was excited to stay at this hotel due to it being close to calaway park (we typically stay at a hotel by the airport). We were disappointed. The room was dingy. Furniture was worn, I had to ask for a vacuum because there were crumbs on the floor, the floor was sticky. I contemplated just leaving but was exhausted and needed to get the kids to sleep. I will not be back. Staff was pleasant enough.

Not worth the money.

Arrived to find nobody at the front desk - 15 mins before they returned. My room was a sauna when I entered. Turned down the heat, attempted to turn on A/C. The A/C unit had both control knobs removed so unable to use. Went for dinner, came back room still hot - opened 2 windows for the remainder of stay! The toilet had a tank lid that did not match the toilet, nor did it fit. I had a shower and stood in 3 inches of dirty water, as drainage was terrible. For $170, felt like I was taken! Room needs to be updated. I would not stay here again.

First of all our phone wasn't working - front desked had called and I would answer but they couldn't hesr me. So if I needed to talk to front desk, I would need to use my cell phone . Our air conditioning stopped working Saturday night. At 10:40 PM I called the front desk to let them know and the gentleman at the front said he would come up and reset the breaker I had mentioned that our phone didn't work so if he needed to get a hold of me he would have to call my cell phone. He said that he would just knock on my door About 45 minutes later I hadn't heard anything so I called front desk asking for an update. The same gentleman said he had reset the breaker. I told him that the air conditioner was still not working and then he said that he couldn't move us to another room as the hotel was sold out and that he will send up a fan to our room. HE NEVER DID. Location is great - hotel is old and dated - Saturday nights customer service was terrible.

Excellent experience with Expedia. Great customer service and very helpful and prompt with all their information. The hotel unfortunately was not the cleanest. Spent 2 nights there and our room wasn’t cleaned once. Hotel rooms should ALWAYS be cleaned, it’s included in the price and is a mandatory service for ALL guests. We were not pleased with this oversight at all.
