The holiday home has its own private saltwater pool (optionally heated) which is equipped with always soft clear and, above all, very pure water. In addition, there is a large barbecue with outdoor kitchen on the terrace. Furthermore, you can make free use of the communal swimming pool on the urbanisation and other facilities such as: tennis court, children's playground and football field at walking distance from the villa.

A fence can be placed by the pool so our little ones can play safely on the terrace. You can specify this when booking the villa. The additional cost of this is €25.

The beautiful garden is fenced and therefore safe for children. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, spacious kitchen (with dishwasher, American fridge, oven, microwave), utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and living/dining room adjacent to the terrace with views of nature and sea. The terrace is located so that you can sunbathe undisturbed. There are 2 bedrooms with spacious bathrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs with a spacious bathroom, making this holiday home very suitable for 2 families. Furthermore, the villa has a 1-car garage with remote control which you can use during your stay.

During your stay in the villa and on the beach of St Antoni de Calonge, you can make free use of a fast WiFi connection (40Mb). Furthermore, all bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. In the summer months of July and August there is a TV outside on the covered terrace.

Heated pool possible with additional energy costs € 175,= per week. In connection with hygiene, you must rent bed linen (€ 20) and towels (€ 5.00) through us.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in dem geräumigen und sehr komfortablen Haus an der Costa Brava verbracht. Die Aussicht von der riesigen Terrasse ist atemberaubend und der Kontakt mit Besitzer und Agentur sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten eine unfassbare Zeit (4 Erwachsene & 4 Teenager) . Von der Buchung, über die Kommunikation, die Übergabe und am Schluss die Abgabe alles einfach perfekt! Die Villa hat alles was du brauchst! Alles sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet! Für uns zwei Familien eine absolute 10/10

Toller Urlaub in traumhafter Villa

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kleinkinder) haben den Urlaub in der Villa von Jos total genossen. Es fehlte an nichts in dem Haus. Der Pool konnte super abgesperrt werden und man musste keine Angst haben dass ein Kind dort rein fällt. Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind gut aufgeteilt und jeweils 2 Doppelzimmer besitzen ein Bad. Es ist alles noch sehr neu und top gepflegt. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel und Informationen erfolgten durch eine Agentur vor Ort. Die Dame und der Herr sind sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit zu erreichen. Vielen Dank dafür. Besonders gefallen hat uns der tolle Ausblick aufs Meer und die Nähe zu diesem. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Fantastisch huis

Ideaal huis voor familie met kinderen. De bescherming rond het zwembad is ideaal, je kan op je gemak koken, zonnen, eten,… zonder zorgen dat de kinderen in het zwembad kunnen vallen. Ligging is ook ideaal, wel met de auto naar het strand of stadje palamos. Stadje ook heel leuk met vele restaurants en Kermis voor de kinderen. Een echt vakantie gevoel

Tolle Villa

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa von Jos Bodde.In der Villa fehlt es an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Villa ist etwas abgelegen von den Ortschaften, dennoch gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall ein Muss um Einkäufe zu erledigen und etwas zu unternehmen. Wir können die Villa absolut weiter empfehlen.

maison très agréable et vraiment bien située, à 5 minutes de la plage et du centre de Palamos; supermarchés proches - très bon contact sur place avec le propriétaire ; piscine de taille correcte et très belle vue sur mer et la campagne; voisinage tranquille et calme: c'est très reposant. Convient bien à 9 personnes. Literie des chambres du rez de chaussée moyenne Cuisine bien équipée mais manque des grands plats, grands saladiers et plats à four pour 9 personnes Manque un sèche cheveux Si nous retournions dans le coin, nous relourions sans problème cette maison que nous recommandons.
