Villa Kubik is a beautifully located accommodation, situated in a quiet area just 2 km from the town of Calonge and about 6 km from the sea in Sant Antoni and Torre Valentina. This luxurious villa is the perfect choice for a family vacation or a getaway with friends, and is just a 15-minute drive from the bustling town of Playa d'Aro.

The villa is elegantly designed, with two floors that offer plenty of space and comfort.

The large windows throughout the house fill it with natural light and create a beautiful blend with the exterior. As soon as you enter the villa, you will be greeted by a stunning dining and living room, which features a beautiful table and chairs, and is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal with loved ones. This area is also furnished with a comfortable sofa and has air conditioning

The adjacent modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking, including an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer, electric coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. A convenient small bathroom completes this floor.

Finally, this floor features a sunny panoramic terrace (accessible through the living room and the kitchen) with a modern gas barbecue and a large table, perfect for hosting outdoor barbecues with friends. The terrace is also equipped with electric awnings that provide shade during the hottest hours of the day.

On the ground floor, you will find three elegant double bedrooms with 1.60m beds, two full bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), and a comfortable terrace that leads to the pool area. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols, and offers a serene space to relax and unwind.

The 8x4 meter pool is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful Costa Brava weather. The pool area also has comfortable sun loungers for relaxation.
