The tastefully furnished flat of 78 m² can accommodate up to 4 persons and has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, a bright living-dining room and a covered terrace with incomparable sea views.
The flat is located in a quiet and very well maintained apartment building with terrace and communal pool. Through the access to the garden you have the possibility to go directly to the promenade and the beach.
The accommodation disposes of two lifts, parking place in the garage (included in the rent), community pool, central air-conditioning hot/cold, Internet connection (WLAN), satellite TV in Spanish, English, German and French, furnished and equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juice squeezer, iron/board, hairdryer and much more.

If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.
A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
Electricity consumption is included in the price (10KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW.
A credit card deposit of € 400,00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
