The Magia villa is a 9-room, 318 square meter property spread over two levels, suitable for accommodating up to 16 adults. On the ground floor, you'll find a living/sleeping room with a folding bed, satellite TV, and digital TV, leading out to a terrace and swimming pool area. There are also three bedrooms, one with two 90cm beds, another with a 150cm French bed, and the third with a 150cm French bed and an en-suite shower/WC. All three bedrooms feature air conditioning and forced-air heating. Additionally, there is a dining room with a dining table, satellite TV, and digital TV, which also provides access to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate shower/WC and a separate WC on this level.
