Saona Villas presents this large holiday villa for 12 people with private pool and beautiful views of the Peñon de Ifach in a residential area in Calpe (Costa Blanca).
This two-story villa, for 12 people, benefits from a built barbecue and a large terrace (covered and uncovered) which surrounds the swimming pool. You will enjoy the view of the Peñon de Ifach. The interior is very comfortable and the decoration tasteful.
On the ground floor: Living / dining room (with TV). Fully equipped kitchen (with Fridge - Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender). 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds in each and one of them has direct access to the swimming pool). 1 bathroom (+ WC).
On the 1st floor (with internal staircase): 1 large double bedroom (with 2 single beds with access to the balcony with beautiful views). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds and access to a terrace). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and access to a small balcony). 1 bathroom. 1 shower room.
Equipment: Free WiFi Internet connection. Air conditioning: in the living room and in the bedrooms. Washing machine. Iron. Hair dryer.
Outside: Private swimming pool 8 x 4 m with Roman steps and outdoor shower (note: the jacuzzi is not available). Large partly covered terrace with barbecue. Parking on the plot for 3 cars.
