Beautiful summer villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 14 people with seven bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed across two floors.



INTERIOR: This villa is composed of the MAIN FLOOR where you will find a living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, with access to a covered terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the Ifach Rock. An independent fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A spacious bedroom with two single beds and sea views. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, plus a bathroom with bathtub. On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find a small living-dining room with an open kitchen and two electric hobs and access to the barbecue area. Two bedrooms with two single beds each. A bedroom with a double bed and finally a shower bathroom.



EXTERIOR: Beautiful 9x4.5 pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower. There is a brick barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking for 4-5 vehicles on the same plot.



LOCATION: A short distance of 900 m will allow you to access La Fustera sandy beach and 2.5 km to the sandy beach and promenade of Levante beach. Calpe centre is 4.5 km away and the nearest supermarket is 700 m away.
