Villa Olivi is a charming rustic farmhouse dating back to the 19th century. It was once the home of the estate manager of Villa Conte Marchiò and his family. Recently renovated, the villa has preserved its original features, including exposed wooden beams, traditional Tuscan terracotta floors, characteristic Tuscan wooden windows, and a solid marble sink.
The villa consists of a living/dining room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to create a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a storage room. The living room also features two sofa beds.
The entrance is through a large panoramic garden with private parking. The garden, surrounded by olive trees, is equipped with a large wooden table with chairs, sun loungers, and a barbecue, offering an ideal space for relaxing and enjoying outdoor meals.
Guests staying at the villa have free access to the swimming pool, located approximately 50 metres away in the large lawn of the park below. The oval swimming pool measures 12 x 5 metres and has a depth of 1.35 metres. It is shared with guests staying in the main villa and in the guest house Villa Aranci.
The interior of the villa is pleasantly furnished with antique period furniture, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a large refrigerator with freezer, a four-burner stove with oven, and a dishwasher. A washing machine is available in the bathroom.
Guests can dry their laundry in the garden or in a more secluded area located in the lower part of the property.
The twin bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together and used as a double bed. The master bedroom features a window overlooking the park and swimming pool, an antique solid olive wood wardrobe, a dressing table with chair, and two bedside tables. Upon request, a baby cot can be provided and placed next to the double bed.
The large swimming pool is also accessible to guests staying in the guest houses.
